If you are looking for a helper who specializes in nursing and elderly care, I highly recommend Anglo Caregivers. As this was our first time engaging a helper, we initially made an enquiry via WhatsApp and later had a call to share our requirements. From the start, their service was excellent — they were responsive, attentive, and patient. The team took time to clearly explain the entire process and thoughtfully shortlisted several suitable candidates for us to interview. Although we were initially looking for an experienced caregiver to care for our bedridden aunt, we eventually decided to hire Yuli, who was coming to Singapore for work for the first time. Yuli proved to be diligent, reliable, and compassionate. She took great care of my aunt until she passed on and quickly became like family to us. Normally I don't put in reviews. But I'm writing here for those who are renewing their helper/caregiver hired thru Anglo in case they are going thru same experience as me. Anglo has relevant CV when I need helper with nursing and caring of elderly experience. However if you are going to renew your helper nearing to the 2 years work permit expiry, my advice is that you do it yourself and not rely on them, unless you want them to find new helper. Initially they said will assist me but later ghosted on me when the MOM letter came and we confirmed to renew my helper's permit. Thankfully I didn't procrastinate waiting for their replies and actions, but quickly DIY as the deadline looms.
