Scheduled for a on-site inspection which needs a charge of $50 fee before actual fixes to be done, that is fine since there's effort, manpower, travel cost to account for. What's unsatisfactory is the lack of courtesy to inform that the team is stuck in a prior job. Was supposed to receive them at 2pm but waited for 45minutes until I sent a message stating I want to cancel the job, then only did I receive a response. No remorse, no apologies, no customer service. I will look elsewhere for business that respect their customer's time.

very poor customer service. simple enquiry on the service like how they charge for work. they reply" we charge by the dificculty of work " and hang up the call.WTH ?! i havent finish my question leh. lousy attitude. 🤧avoid this contractor guys.

Had a choked pipe in my kitchen last night service was exceptional as it was during midnight I called to enquire and was surprised that it was 24/7 they arrived shortly and the plumber had explained to me why it had choked and it was a really pleasant experience. I could tell he had years of experience as he was able to find out what’s wrong with the pipe and was able to repair it in awhile. Would recommend 10/10
