Really wonderful service from Heng Foh Tong regarding the 28 day confinement soup and tea package I purchased. Via whatsapp they replied very promptly and answered my many questions / requests. The customisation options available are also very thoughtful. As I delivered early, I really appreciated their help to expedite the packing of the herbs so I could start having the teas and soups as soon as possible. Very happy I purchased from them for my confinement as I am doing it at home without a nanny, and this has made it much easier. Thanks!

I really love Heng Foh Tong and genuinely think they are more than value for money. What stood out most was the personalisation of the herbs and how good everything tasted — both the confinement soups and the red dates tea were fragrant, comforting, and never overly medicinal. You can really tell the ingredients are fresh and thoughtfully prepared. Their service was also excellent. We forgot to inform them earlier about the delivery, but once we reached out, they were incredibly responsive and managed to pack everything within less than 3 days. Super efficient and accommodating. Most importantly, my postpartum recovery was very smooth, and I truly enjoyed every bowl of soup and tea during my confinement. I’m now expecting my second baby, and there was no hesitation at all — I’m going with Heng Foh Tong again. Highly recommended if you’re looking for quality, care, and results.

Highly recommend this place for their herbal packages. I contacted them to purchase herbs for post surgery recovery. They personalised the packages based on my needs and told me to go with the smallest, 7-day package as it will already meet my needs. Even though this is a small package, they spent time understanding my needs and sharing with me how to get the right fish. I got to know Heng Foh Tung from facebook for their confinement packages. As a first-time mom, I ordered their 28days confinement package as the items are all-in-one package which include herbal soup, red date tea and bath herbs. With that, I do not need to purchase the items separately which save me alot of trouble. Moreover, I appreciate the personalised service and their prompt advice to suit my preference in taste for the herbal soup. Herbs are fresh and packed based on my liking via questionaire. As I go through cesarean section delivery, HFT also provided extra herbs to help me in my recovery. I have been taking the herbal soups and red date tea for the past few days and I am feeling much better each day. Many thanks to you Heng Fong Tung:)) Strongly recommend to all mummies!
