I am very satisfied with joydom engineering works for replacing tiles for my kitchen and toilet, from starting to ending. Their respond for everything were very fast. Starting from quotation, Sunday came for measurement and next day morning already got the quotation.We can choose our preference tiles supplier. Their team are very professional. Ahammad Tanvir is very responsible and helpful. If I got any future renovation, I will engage them again.

Super fast! 1 day finished everything. Very well done, thank you! For those saying they not responsive please give them time. Also be courteous and treat them like human beings. They work overtime and not even charging you. Is a weekend and they not charging me weekend rates for this. I think they're good, just need to communicate clearly. Update: After about 2 weeks of installing the door, the door started to become slanted making the closing and opening difficult, the bottom of door has no gap but the top part has... waiting for them to get back to me and see if they can rectify this. Rating has been revised from 5 star to 4 stars. Update: Next day arrange someone to come down and fix the issue. First time install door hinge on false frame was outside, today they spent over 1 hour to drill and chip the wood so the hinge sits into the frame itself. I'll be monitoring over the next few weeks if the issue repeats but rating back to 5 star because they take accountability for the job.

I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation to Safiq from the Sales Team of Joydom Engineering Pte Ltd for his prompt and helpful response to my request. He quickly arranged for Mamun to visit my home to assess the backyard fence that was toppling down, and I truly appreciate his efficiency and support. I am equally grateful to Mamun, the supervisor, for his honest and professional advice. Instead of suggesting a temporary repair, he recommended installing a new fence and provided a very reasonable quotation, which I agreed to immediately. The workers arrived punctually, worked extremely efficiently, and completed the entire job within just one day. They even helped to dispose of the old fence without any additional cost, which was greatly appreciated. Mamun also took the initiative to check if I needed repainting for my front gate and fence, and he highlighted areas where the wrought iron gate could be repaired. His thoughtful recommendations and fair quotations gave me great confidence and peace of mind. I am very impressed by the team’s diligence and commitment.
