Initial conversation was professional and fast. However after confirming 1st schedule for 2 sites, they never show up last week. No updates or calls. Till I called. Say schedule issue, worker sick etc. Ok. Accept the reason. Re schedule 2nd time this week. Took leave from work. Waited from 2 to 5pm. Till I called again. Say on the way 30mins. I cancelled after waiting for 10min for an update call. This is very unpleasant and unprofessional.
