KakiList is a directory platform that connects homeowners and families in Singapore with service providers. We do not provide services directly — we facilitate connections between users and independent service providers.
KakiList does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by listed providers. While we verify ACRA registration where possible, users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before hiring any provider.
Users must provide accurate information when submitting quote requests or registering as providers. Users must not misuse the platform for spam, fraud, or any illegal activities.
Service providers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. KakiList reserves the right to remove or suspend listings that are inaccurate, fraudulent, or receive consistently poor feedback.
KakiList is currently free for both homeowners and service providers. We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future with advance notice.
Users may submit reviews of service providers. Reviews must be truthful, based on genuine experiences, and free of offensive or defamatory content. KakiList reserves the right to moderate or remove reviews that violate these standards.
All content on KakiList — including text, design, logos, and code — is owned by KakiList or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
KakiList is not liable for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from interactions between users and service providers. All transactions and agreements are between the user and the provider directly.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
