I recently used this moving company to relocate from Seattle to San Francisco, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism and care. Ruslan was absolutely fantastic—extremely organized, punctual, and clearly experienced. He showed up right on time and made what could have been a stressful long-distance move feel smooth and easy. Ruslan paid close attention to detail, carefully packed and secured all of my belongings, and ensured everything arrived in perfect condition. His communication throughout the process was clear and reassuring, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. If you’re planning a move—especially a long-distance one—I highly recommend Ruslan and his team. Reliable, efficient, and truly professional!

My sister and I moved back in November, and unfortunately had a pretty negative experience with A2B. I called them for my last move a year before, and that went great which is why I called again this time. I requested the same team, which was confirmed, but day of a different team showed up which no one communicated about. We had Adil's team which was 4 men, and there were 4 of us (my family, all strong adults) helping, and it still took ALL day. We moved the same amount of things the year before no problems, about the size of a small apartment, we barely had to help and they had it done in under 4 hours. This day was dragged into SEVEN hours even with all our help and preparation, which was a lot, and we unpacked multiple broken wine glasses & shot glasses, another glass item shattered.. just badly packed boxes. Some photos attached. We were told in advance to buy a good amount of packing material since they wouldn't provide that, but they barely touched our stuff and used their own. Huge waste of money and materials, and they didn't even use packing materials for many of our things (see photos). They actually hit & broke a piece of the driveway when arriving at the new house to unload, no acknowledgment of that which was very much not appreciated. Finally at the end, payment was a mess. The prices A2B sold me on were not communicated to these men, and they did not handle figuring it out well. Payment was made on 1 man's heavily cracked cell phone with tint which felt shady, I had to really push to see what was going on and get the payment sorted. It was definitely uncomfortable. This man also pressured me throughout this whole process to do a review immediately/before payment went through, after a full day of moving that was kind of a nightmare, which felt impressively tone deaf. Overall, we paid $1462 PLUS TIP for what felt like a really unprofessional service, with a lot of wasted time and materials, and many broken items. We will not be calling this company again and don't recommend to others.

Adil and Eldar from A2B movers San Jose did an excellent job! They arrived on time, worked very fast, and handled all my furniture with great care. Everything was wrapped properly and delivered without any damage. The move was smooth, stress-free, and very professional. Both guys were polite, friendly, and clearly experienced. The crew from A2B San Jose were careful, meticulous, but also worked hard and with good tempo. Everything was carefully wrapped, packed, and delivered exactly where we needed it. Booking was also very easy and Adil, Yermek, Adil, and Tim were fun to talk to. You could tell they take a lot of pride in their work. We called on a Tuesday and they had availability that weekend which was also a huge plus as we moved to Willow Glen.
