Anyone planning to visit this doctor should be emotionally prepared. When a patient is already feeling desperate and anxious about unresolved symptoms, the very least a doctor can do is explain things with empathy and care. Unfortunately, this doctor chose to scold instead of offering reassurance. Naturally, I was worried—my symptoms weren’t improving, and I was simply seeking answers. Like many patients, we did our own research and politely asked whether a particular medication might help. She could have easily explained her view in a respectful manner, right? Instead of offering comfort or clarity, she spoke to me in a tone harsher than anything I’ve ever experienced—even my own parents have never spoken to me like that. It was incredibly discouraging, especially while I was already going through physical discomfort and emotional stress. Am I really paying to be scolded by Dr. Fiona Wu? We’re trying to get better, not challenge anyone’s authority. A good doctor should listen, even if they disagree. Even if she doesn’t recommend a medication in her practice, she should explain her reasoning professionally and respectfully—not dismiss or belittle the patient’s concerns. I sincerely hope others will reconsider before visiting this clinic. Choose a doctor who not only provides real medical solutions, but also treats patients with respect and compassion.

Dr Fiona is probably the kindest and most compassionate Doctor I’ve ever encountered in my life. She willingly accommodated me on a last minute notice and love that the first thing she asked me when I entered her treatment room was “Are you okay?” and then she consistently and genuinely reminded me throughout the check that everything will be okay and she will take care of me. She listened intently to every word I said and clearly explained my treatment options. Her staff is also very kind and friendly. Highly recommended!
