Horrified experience! My neighbour assisted my mum to arrange for them to fix our tap leaking issue. They added a pipe but it i were to get water from my dispenser the main tap will have to off. Unable to concurrence and the tap leak again. It’s not solving the issue and when i called them they threatened and behaved like gangster. Paid $180 for something useless and unable to solve my issue and i managed to find another plumber that fixed it at only $45. More like a scam and they are probably a group of hooligans who curse and swear! Verbal assault and abuse! Initially wanted to call the police but do not want to bring inconvenience to my helpful neighbour and also my mum got traumatized, she is worried this group of gangsters will come up to our place to create chaos. Sharing this horrified experience to prevent less victims!

Had a WC and pipe clog. When I called they mentioned the service would cost $80-120, but the guy came and used a tool I could have bought on Shopee for $20 to push down the water and it’s over in 1min, then said there’s no guarantee it will work and was going to leave. When we insisted that the problem doesn’t look like it’s solved (and not worth paying $100 for) he suggested to use a machine for 2 mins which managed to remove the hair clog and told us it cost $250 including a 14 day warranty. Would absolutely NOT recommend this service for the price charged unless it’s an emergency.

If Google allowed a zero star review I would have given it zero. Called them to find out if they repair my concealed flush and they said they could come take a look at $20. When the technician came, he barely took a look at it and said it cannot be repaired and I need to hack my wall (and wall tiles) and change my whole concealed flush system and will cost over $4000. I dont have to call a plumber to tell me that! The reason I got a plumber is so that I can repair it without replacing the whole system! I dont need to pay someone $20 to tell me that! In fact, he wanted to charge me $30 but when I told him it was $20, he reduced it to $20. The fact that there is no consistency just on checking charges reflect their repair costs will be unreasonable. Totally incompetent, unprofessional and exorbitant prices. Avoid at all cost, call them at your own risk!

Initial price quote was $60 over call, but the price quote ended up being $250 when the plumber who came by. I didn't dare to say much after seeing the previous reviews scare comment, especially since I was the only person at home (female and petite sized). Call quote was $60 when I mentioned a tap leak, guy came over and said I needed a whole replacement without giving a solid reasoning. He told me the old tap 生病 without other backing when I kept probing. He then said $250 which I said was too expensive, and he mentioned $160/180 after that which I had thought it's the amount without the 3 months warranty he talked about. Thereafter, the invoice he had written was $250 which I was very puzzled about. He also wasted a bunch of water while testing which was so unnecessary cause idk why he had to test 4-5 times each in different directions... I've already told him I felt bad about wasting water the past day yet he just wasted more. Have learnt to just to buy and replace on my own cause it's by no means a hard job.

Had a choke floor trap in my house. It was a weekday and unfortunately my usual plumber could not make it. Came and told that to clear the choke would cost $390. If machine was involved it would cost $900. Thankfully no need to use machine but manage to negotiate price till $350. Choke cleared within 15 minutes. Provide 1 mth warranty . For those taking the service do know that the price for the service is rather steep. Giving it 1 star for $350 for 15minutes service. If you find the price reasonable you are welcome to give them higher stars. This is solely my opinion.
