I’ve been a patient of Dr Ong for about 8 years since I consulted him on a kidney stone issue, and I’ve always felt very comfortable and extremely confident in his medical diagnosis and care. Back in Dec 2020, I had an enlarged prostrate issue which seriously affected me and he strongly recommended surgery. I immediately agreed as I trusted him completely and the way he explained, in layman’s terms, the problem, and the way the operation would be done. I had a short hospital stay, followed by a full recovery and back to work within weeks. More than his obvious professional standards as an doctor, what impresses me and my wife, is his fantastic bed side manners, his ability to make you feel that you’re with a friend, his empathy and compassion. He is a genuinely humble and kind man who also happens to be a great doctor and surgeon! A very big mention too, to his very helpful and pleasant clinic staff, Shereena.
