I used Across International Relo service in Sep 2025. They were fantastic. I moved from Singapore to Chennai. I initially sought the services of another company: Moovaz, which turned out to be a fraudulent one, has multiple litigations in SG, suffered their abuse and I even had to file a lawsuit against them. Due to such issues, my household stuff was in a warehouse for about a year unfortunately! Fortunately, one of my friends suggested Across Int'l. They settled the moving quite swiftly - in a couple of weeks. They had excellent coordination between ports. It was hassle-free. They are quite efficient. Response time to queries is quite fast. Chennai team was a bit slower and had a typical attitude. However the head office at Singapore smoothened everything promptly. I will deffo recommend their services to all my friends!

I moved from Singapore to the US and needed to send a lot of furniture and other items. Across International Relocation helped make it happen. When they came to pack everything, I was already in the US, so I managed everything remotely. Despite a 12-hour time zone difference, Gerard responded very quickly. He was even able to take phone calls late in the evening Singapore time. I wasn’t there during the packing, but my agent was, and she was impressed with the quality of the packing. The company organized all the transportation by ship to New York and then by truck to my city. They called a week in advance to schedule the delivery. All the furniture and dishes arrived intact. The packing was excellent, almost overly so—I was very pleasantly surprised. When I first thought about the move, it seemed impossible, moving to the other side of the planet. But thanks to Gerard and Across International Relocation, everything turned out to be much simpler! Also want to add photos.

My experience was very disappointing. The company initially came across as genuine but they were quick to request for upfront payment early in the process. They dismantled our bikes and furniture and reassured me everything would be reassembled at the destination — this did not happen and we were asked to pay extra for reassembly. I ended up fixing them myself. Items, including chairs and a standing desk were damaged or went missing during the move. I lodged an insurance claim but after two months I have received no response. Throughout the process, different staff members contacted us but once I started following up on the insurance claim, emails began bouncing back and communication stopped entirely. Overall, a very bad experience and not a company I would consider trustworthy.

We had a great experience with this company. They moved all our goods from Qatar to Singapore. Hold our boxes until we arrive to the country and offered a door to door service. Very competitive prices, great communication and support. Our goods arrived to our house in perfect conditions and hassle free. We did not to do any paperwork as they dealt with everything. Super professional company. I strongly recommend them.
