Visited this place for a PCR test before my travel to India. Costs 50$ which is the cheapest of all other places. Walk-in with passport, travel ticket and IC. If payment is via bank transfer then have to fill up an online form with the card details and others. Cash payment is simple. No long queue as the test takes just seconds. Everything will finish in 5 minutes. The location of this place is quite isolated as its one of the oldest science park/IT park in Singapore. Very hard to find taxi even in week days. There is only one bus coming into the place. So prepare to-and-from to this place well ahead. The test result is sent via email withing 24hrs. Even in case the mail is not received, can contact this place (whatsapp number is provided) disregard of the office hours to request the result email to be sent soon or resent.

Do not be enticed by their lower fees (~$30 less than other swab providers) unless you enjoy waiting in line for the equivalent of the latest Spiderman movie... No way home for 2hr 45min of uninterrupted standing in a non-moving queue (no seats since they make you wait outside the clinic), zero queue management and you have already pre-paid for the torture in advance! Note: pictures taken at Farrer Park outlet on 19 Dec (Sunday) for an 11am appointment. At one point there were prob close to 100 people in the queue.

Don't deserve any star at all. Paid for express service but didn't receive the results within the 24 hours time frame as promised. Such an unreliable and disappointing PCR test provider. Now we are just crossing our fingers, hoping to receive the results in time and not missing the flight. If you are unable to deliver within the 24 hours due to whatever reason, then don't sell the express service. So misleading and worst, possibly making customers missing their flight! Super disappointing and frustrating.

Initially I got worried after I scheduled and paid for my PCR pre departure test, then I read mostly bad reviews on Google. But contrary to the reviews, my experience was a great one. I managed to get a response from them via Messenger (just a few minutes after I sent my query). They ensured me that I would get the test result within 24 hrs after the test. The person who did my test was friendly, helpful and he executed the test on me very smoothly. I got the result ard 16 hrs after the time of test, too. So dont panic if you have booked with Acumen and you read the bad reviews. Try to contact them via Messenger if you need to.

I went to Science Park branch for Pre-departure PCR test. Previously booked and paid online($107). When you get there, you have to go on a hallway for the testing room. It's was quite small but no need to wait. The young gentlemen helped me to perform the PCR test in just few mins, very professional. Employee was nice there, helped me to find the testing room. It was a good experience. I got the test result after 7 hours by email, very fast! thanks :)
