Extremely rude people and are just glorified gangsters. When bank account is frozen due to issues and their answer is they require a lawyer to EMAIL them to get it sorted out. To get a lawyer in the first place, I need the funds to be released. But no, their answer is go and ask someone to pay for you first. Essentially asking you to borrow money from people. When asked whether they said that, the person on the line dares to say no she didnt make that statement. After pressing her, she says yes she did and she insist nothing can be done. Essentially asking you to just suck it up and lay over for them to stomp on you. How these people becomes a lawyer is truly amazing.
