First and last dealing with this law firm. Lawyer attending to our conveyancing needs is good and professional, however I can't give the same review for the adminstrative/support team. ZERO customer/client service attitude and ZERO tact. Treat us like we are the ones working for them. As a first time private property homebuyer, there are alot of details that we are not familiar and it was not highlighted clearly during the final completion, resulting in me having to pay cash for my first installment.

Horrible. Can't do simple things right. Excuses received from them include: - someone is on leave - someone is on MC - the timelines communicated were indicative - we didnt upload the file fully during for the elitigation filing the last one is my favourite. please, do not be enticed by the discounts. it is really not worth your effort. if something is important enough for you to find a lawyer, it is important enough for you to find a good one. dont settle for the temu or taobao of lawyers.
