Had a kidney stone attacked 3 weeks ago, went to A&E at ParkwayEast, was admitted and 1 of 3 procedure was done first thing in the morning at 6am. The Urology Specialist Doctor Ronny Tan, Dr Seng and their team from Advanced Urology, took good care of me, they were very professional at the early hours of the morning for the procedure which were non evasive, and very chirpy at 6am, which gave me the confidence that I am in good hands. All 3 procedures done and all was under general Anaesthetic, Dr. Seet was amazing, which really alleviate the anxiety. I never thought I say this besides the normal pain, I am glad that I have the best team that took care of me and have my wellbeing at heart. Thank you Docs and team.

My husband was diagnosed with kidney cancer during Christmas 2025. It came as a complete shock, and that period was one of the most difficult times our family has ever faced. At the time, we were in Beijing and consulted multiple specialists there. After careful consideration, we decided to return to Singapore for surgery. Our first meeting with Dr James Tan was via a teleconsultation. From the very beginning, Dr Tan impressed us with his professionalism and patience. He explained my husband’s condition in tremendous detail, walked us through the possible treatment options and key decision points, and answered every single one of our questions thoroughly and clearly. After speaking with several specialists in both China and Singapore, we felt completely confident choosing Dr Tan to perform the surgery, even after our very first teleconsultation. Dr Tan and his team acted with incredible efficiency and care. Everything was arranged swiftly—we flew back to Singapore on Sunday, and the surgery was scheduled for Monday. The entire process was smooth, reassuring, and well coordinated. The surgery was successful. Although there were some complications due to my husband’s kidney condition, Dr Tan handled everything with great expertise and care. My husband is now recovering well. We are deeply grateful to Dr James Tan and his team for the professional, compassionate, and prompt care they provided during this incredibly stressful time. Their expertise and dedication gave us confidence and peace of mind when we needed it most. We cannot thank them enough and would highly recommend Dr Tan to anyone facing a similar situation
