Our first visit to Advance Vetcare at Outram was a great experience. We were attended by Dr. Nam, and the consultation was smooth and hassle-free. The clinic was clean, and everyone—from the nurses to the receptionist—was friendly and helpful. The diagnosis was accurate. Highly recommended!
Convenient location, prompt service, and very friendly staff. We brought our dog Atlas in to have a small scratch on his eye looked at and the team made the visit easy and stress-free. Wonderful to have a local vet that is both efficient and welcoming.
Booked this place last minute as I was scrambling to get to a vet as my dog kept coughing the whole day, was very worried and luckily Advanced Vetcare had an appointment in the next hour or so. The clinic is very clean, and easy to find as well. The vet was very meticulous and asked a lot of questions to determine what my dog had, and he was very clear and concise with his explanations as well, which made us feel calmer. Highly recommend this place, for anyone who lives nearby. *** just to add on from my previous review, they also made the time to check in with me to ask how my dog has been and also to answer any questions I’ve had. I also appreciate that Dr Ng didn’t over-prescribe me anything or made me do unnecessary tests unless really needed. It totally showed me that I can trust the doctor’s opinion, as there are other vets which will upsell anything they can as owners are very concerned about their pet. Your vet will now be my go-to when my dog falls sick. Thank you***
We booked a last-minute appointment with Dr Justin Teo after our cat had been experiencing urinary issues for two weeks, with little to no improvement following a previous vet visit. The clinic was able to accommodate us immediately, which we were incredibly grateful for. Dr Teo conducted a very thorough examination and took the time to clearly explain the possible causes of our cat’s condition. When the test results came back, he walked us through everything in a precise and easy-to-understand manner, outlining what was happening and the recommended next steps. This was honestly the most professional and meticulous veterinary experience we’ve ever had. We felt heard, informed, and reassured throughout the entire process. We’re so thankful for Dr Teo’s expertise and care - highly recommended!
Brought my dog to the newly opened Advanced VetCare and had a really positive experience. It was very easy to make an appointment – I called to say I was coming down within the hour, and they were able to slot me in without any issue. Within that same hour, they even contacted the A&E vet from another hospital to learn about my dog’s procedure from two days ago. When I arrived, I was impressed they already knew her history and I did not have to repeat everything. The vet and team were clearly knowledgeable and took great care of my dog, explaining each step of the examination and medications in a way that was easy to understand. They did not rush through the consult at all and really took the time to answer all my questions and address my concerns. Left feeling very reassured and well looked after, and would definitely recommend this clinic to other pet owners in the area. A huge thank you to Dr. Justin for the exceptional care! (Full transparency: they offered 10% off if I provided a review, but they definitely deserve the 5 stars regardless)

Advanced VetCare Veterinary Centre displays a moderate price range ($$), though specific per-visit fees are not published on this listing. For a veterinary clinic in Singapore, a standard consultation typically ranges from S$30 to S$80, with costs rising depending on diagnostics, medications, vaccinations, or procedures required. Breed, size, and the complexity of the animal's condition can all affect the final bill. Add-ons such as blood panels, X-rays, dental scaling, or specialist referrals are priced separately and should be confirmed with the clinic before proceeding. It is advisable to ask for an itemised estimate before any non-emergency procedure. See the full Veterinary Clinics cost guide for Singapore →
For dogs, core vaccinations typically include DHPP (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, parainfluenza) and rabies, with bordetella sometimes required if your dog interacts with other animals in group settings such as boarding or daycare. For cats, the FVRCP combination vaccine (feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, panleukopenia) is standard, along with rabies. Most clinics and ancillary pet service providers in Singapore expect vaccinations to be current within the past 12 months. If your pet's records are incomplete or lapsed, Advanced VetCare Veterinary Centre should be able to advise on a catch-up schedule during your first visit. Bring your pet's vaccination booklet or digital records to the appointment so the clinic can update their files accurately.
