I have visited this clinic a few times and the staff have always been very kind and friendly. It’s really heartwarming to see smiling faces at the front line because a simple smile can truly make someone’s day better. The doctor [Dr Magnus Lim] I consulted here is excellent. I first visited in late December regarding some rashes and was given a referral to the hospital. When I returned today for a different concern, after attending to my current issue, he still took the effort to ask about my previous rash condition and checked on what had happened. It may have been to gain further understanding, but it really reflects his initiative, dedication, and genuine care for his patients. This is truly a wonderful clinic, and I feel very well taken care of. I would definitely recommend it.

The staff Praga is a such a delight. Her bright personality brings sunshine to a place which always gives me anxiety. She knows her healthcare admin knowledge- is polite and reassuring too. While the Dr is equally important, we probably spend as much time interacting with the staff, and aspect which clinics sometimes missed. I'm new to the clinic, but Dr Magnus is willing to explain and has a steady temperament, which is imporant to me. My curiosity (which Singapore schools have cultivated) doesnt go well with some doctors, and I appreciate Dr Magnus explains factually. The new staff Angeline is nice too. I didnt have alot of interaction but her smile is warm and she has the same pleasant vibe as Praga. I may be new to this clinic, but I hope this clinci continues to give off the professional and positiove vibe. I wll be very happy to have this clinic as my forever family clinic. ( of the clinic seems to have good use of space, is neat and well equipped.)

Excellent clinic. Was seen quickly. Doctor was very professional, listens to his patient, and takes time to discuss and explain results and options. The receptionists are great! Very friendly and helpful. Organised follow on tests and referrals for me veey quickly and helped me with understanding the system.
