I wish to thank Neo from AGS. He provided excellent consultation right from the pre-engagement via the virtual tour of my place. He was spot on in terms of the volume of things that I needed to shift. The follow-up provided was superb and he made all the administrative work simple and very streamlined. His willingness to go the extra mile despite being on annual leave made me even more thankful for the help rendered (and apologetic for intruding into his family time). The two staff, Roslie and Yanto, who helped packed were punctual on the actual day and provided professional packing - everything were well wrapped and boxed, labelled and moved. They were also very fast with the packing - 40 boxes of items in less than 3 hours. The delivery at the destination was also smooth and without any issues. Pre-notification and co-ordination made it easier on my end, since it was a cross-border shift. I highly recommend AGS and especially having Neo as consultant for cross-border shift. I can’t thank Yvonne and her team enough for their excellent work and her support in and from Singapore The packing team in Singapore lead by Yusir organised and managed the packing smoothly and professionally, with real care for details. After the packing was done, Yvonne stayed fully on top of things — coordinating closely with Portugal and making sure nothing slipped through the cracks. She stays engaged, and is always quick to respond whenever something needs clarification or follow-up. Throughout the process, she was reliable, responsive, and reassuring — exactly what you need during an international move. You always feel that things are under control. Before the move, Neo came down to inspect my home and items and it didn’t take long for him to know my requirements. He’s also responsive, has been fast & helpful in getting the quote and information I need. He’s also sends prompt reminders to make sure I’m well-prepared for the move day.
