Really lousy experience with this company. Delays time and time again with so many excuses: workers injured, not able to rush over from other works.. Gave me a temporary curtain as the one I ordered is not ready. The temporary curtain was white and gray linen cloth while the one I ordered was gold/beige silk material. The temporary curtain that I had to put in my company's nursing room really made it look like hospital room as commented by my other co workers. I insisted they deliver the one I ordered but when it came, two pieces of curtains were in two different colours and wrong length. Was also too short and didn't reach the ground. Super ugly. Really spoilt the mood for everyone when they saw the ugly curtains when everything else in the room looks great.

While the curtains delivery and installation was relatively ok, their post service is terrible. I enquired on the washing methods (i’m only going back to them because they charge a higher costing for the curtains), but omg, the reply was so darn tardy. I had to drop a second mail before getting an answer. Even so, they never got back (as per promised by themselves) on the rates (they said they provided laundry services). I guess if you ain’t purchasing a curtain, they don’t give a hoot. or is it because my curtains purchased ain’t expensive enough? Hais...

Purchased roller blinds and was delayed for more than a week. Giving excuses like due to vehicle accident. After that frame require replacement. After that fabric torn needs further time to redo and than realignment. Promised Sunday, by latest to install but again was told by Joshua that installer thought it was monday. Again assured by Joshua that he promised to come on Sunday between 10am to 10.30am. Didn't materialise. Monday another excuse, after 1pm, again was told that installer had 2 jobs to finish and couldn't make it. Subsequently was told by 5pm will arrive and complete the job. Totally give up on this type of contractor have to cancel the order. Please be more cautious when dealing with them!!
