Excellent air conditioning service. The team was professional, punctual, and very helpful throughout the whole process. My air con was leaking in the middle of the night and I was sourcing around for an air con cleaning company. Response time --------------- Send out a few Whatsapp and waited for replies (Well, nobody works in wee hours anyway). Air Cool & Cool was the first to reply at 0755H and their charges for cleaning of 2 units is $50. Their pricings are transparent and listed on their website. Furthermore, they had same day appointment at 11am. Hence, I confirmed with them straight away. The other companies which I gave texted replied at 0905H, 1012H and 1145H. Service -------- Kang and Bin came over for the servicing on the dot, exactly at 11am. Applaud them for their timeliness. Bin explained that even if I did normal servicing, my aircon unit would still not be cold as it was badly clogged (Refer to picture). He even opened up the unit in my daughter's room to show me the difference between an unclogged unit versus a clogged unit. Next, he checked the compressor and found out the gas was extremely low and compressor also clogged (No aircon man has ever told me that I need to service the compressor before, so it was never cleaned for 7 years). Bin also explained that if the units are clogged, the compressor will work much harder to produce the required temperature and the gas will depreciate faster. With their detailed explanation, I decided to proceed with their advice of chemical wash, compressor cleaning and pump gas. There was no hard selling at all and I was impressed with their professionalism. The whole servicing took 1.5 hours. Pricing ------- The staff had mentioned that they might not be the cheapest in the market. I still proceeded because based on the way they explained and showed how congested is my unit and their 5 stars Google reviews, they know their stuff. Verdict -------- It was money well spent. See the photos of before and after and you can understand what I meant.

I was looking for air-con servicing online (like most of us) and came across this company with many 5-star reviews, so I decided to engage them. The technician arrived on time, which I appreciated, and he was friendly and polite. My air-con units are relatively new (about 3 years old), seldom used, and have been functioning very well.. cold and without any issues. The technician even acknowledged this. However, what caught me off guard was that he checked the condenser without informing me beforehand and, within a few minutes, said it was dirty and required a chemical wash, along with a “gas top-up,” costing around $130 and $150 respectively. Given that there were no cooling issues or leaks, I didn’t see a valid reason for a gas top-up, as this is typically unnecessary unless there is an actual problem. I declined the additional services. My concern afterward was whether any gas might have been released during the inspection without my knowledge. More importantly, this general practice of recommending or pushing unnecessary gas top-ups needs to stop, as it creates distrust and gives the industry a bad reputation. For these reasons, I’m giving a 1-star review. I won’t be engaging their services again and will not be recommending them to others. I just hope there won’t be any issues with my air-con in the coming months following this visit.

Excellent Service, Responsive Follow-Up! I am highly impressed with Air Cool & Cool Aircon Services Private Limited. They provided fantastic, good aircon servicing, and their professionalism truly stood out. Had to replace old aircon system that requires cutting holes in false ceiling to access the trunking. Job is done well and the ceiling patches were hardly noticeable. One point to highlight is customer care from start to job completion. The 3 friendly technicians prepared plastic shields and floor coverings to do their job. They also cleaned up the debris in my house and the corridor after the job.
