My first time here. Maybe I came during the non peak hours at about 4pm. There was not alot of patients at Clinic J. I really like the cosy and quiet environment in Alexandra Hospital. All the staffs in Clinic J were friendly, calm and professional.

The team at the Alexandra Care Unit and the surgical staff at Operating Theatre No. 2 were outstanding. Every single person I encountered was kind, calm, professional, and genuinely caring. They took the time to explain what was happening, reassured me throughout the process, and made what could have been a very stressful experience feel safe and well managed. The efficiency, medical expertise, and human warmth shown by the entire team were exceptional. I honestly cannot recommend this hospital highly enough. Very grateful to the A&E team at Alexandra Hospital. I came in at 4am worried about post-surgery bleeding, and the entire process took less than 30 minutes. The staff were professional, calm, and very patient. They redressed my wound, and the doctor provided the reassurance I needed. They even waived my charges since the issue was minor.
