I visited Alliance Medical @Dhoby Ghaut on 29 January 2026 and was genuinely impressed by the customer service. Most corporate clinics I’ve been to tend to feel rushed and impersonal, but this experience was completely different. From the moment I walked in, I felt well taken care of. The atmosphere was welcoming and calm—truly a breath of fresh air. A special shoutout to the wonderful staff who made the experience so pleasant: Maisarah, Josephine, Cindy, and Karen. Their professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness really stood out and made a big difference. Highly recommend this clinic if you’re looking for efficient yet genuinely caring service.

I visited Alliance at Dhoby Ghout to do an xray. I like to give compliment to a staff and her name is Shin. Kudos to her colleague too. She is kind and helpful as well. Shin received me at the reception counter and she portrayed professionalism and patience to help me settle an incomplete form done by Fullerton healthcare at MBFC. She contacted fullerton healthcare call centre ( it was the only contact number) but it’s a hotline which we have to wait for the clinic I visited to call back. We waited for 20 mins but in vain. Shin’s colleague also tried to help by checking in with me if I have direct contact number of the clinic. Sadly, I do not have. Hence I made a phone call personally to Fullerton healthcare hotline to demand for immediate attention but also no use. I have already waited for more than half an hour. To her wittiness , Shin managed to speak with a Fullerton healthcare staff from other branch and finally managed to get a contact number to call the MBFC branch directly. Finally the problem was settled. Till the time Shin settled the issue, No one responded from the call we made via hotline nor a callback from Fullerton healthcare hotline care clinic @ mbfc. Shin has performed an extra mile to resolve the issue. Her quick minded thoughts have made my day ended well. To be honest , I was about to walk out not doing the xray after a wait of 40mins. Eventually my trip is not wasted with the help of Shin. @Fullerton healthcare, you relook into your customer service process. We cant access directly to the clinic when such occurrence requires immediate sattention.

Registration was smooth, the doctor and all the staff that I had encountered are so friendly. The staff will explain to me clearly before conducting the tests/ procedures. The lounge area is clean & comfortable. I will recommend all my colleagues to do health screening here! :)

I recently visited Alliance medical centre for a health screening. awesome experience! Saw Dr Yee, super thorough and patient throughout the consultation. She really took the time to understand my history and explain every detail. The staff at the front desk were warm and friendly, and took care of me from start to end. Special shout-out to the ultrasound staff who made me feel completely comfortable during the procedure. Clinic is pretty and chill. Recommend!

First time visiting this place for health screening. The place is relatively new and clean. Very friendly staffs, knowledgeable and patient in explaining each steps and answering to my enquiries. They also provided some light refreshments after the blood test is completed. Keep up the good work!
