Allied Moving Services is a verified home services provider in Singapore specialising in Movers. Services offered include Moving Services. They provide islandwide coverage across Singapore. Rated 3.4/5 based on 184 Google reviews.
Homeowners contacting Allied Moving Services typically ask about Moving Services. The team positions itself as a working home services outfit rather than a generalist, so you can expect questions about scope, access, and timing before a quote is confirmed.
Allied Moving Services covers all of Singapore, which is useful if you live in a less-central estate or need a provider that can follow a recurring job to different addresses. They're ACRA-registered under 197300143C and have been verified by KakiList, which adds a layer of accountability beyond anonymous review aggregators. Google reviewers currently give Allied Moving Services an average of 3.4/5 across 184 reviews, which is a reasonable signal of consistency for a home services provider.
The practical way to decide on Allied Moving Services is to message them directly with a short job description, property type, and any relevant photos. Direct contact means no platform middleman and usually a faster response than form-based lead submissions.
We used this moving service to move from the US to Singapore. I greatly regret hiring them. I cannot believe how terribly the US team packed/handled our items. We opened entire boxes with shattered plates/china. They broke a steel component of our sofa. They broke a wooden base frame of our coffee table. I am writing this message to warn you - do not use their services for a international move if you want your precious belongings to arrive safely.
Glad that I decided to engage Allied Moving Services Singapore for my recent relocation from Singapore to Malaysia. Special thanks to Darren Lim, the Regional Sales Manager who’s super efficient in his actions and following up on the arrangements from the beginning till the end, ensuring everything’s in order. They also managed to accommodate my sudden change of plans to hold and delay the delivery due to some unforeseen circumstances. The crew of movers in SG & MY are equally professional with great attitude. My 90+ cartons arrived in good condition as everything is well packed and well taken care of. The quotation is also right on point – so no major surprises after the entire exercise. All in all, highly recommended from this positive experience. BRAVO & keep up the great work! UPDATE: Unfortunately, after unpacking everything - I discovered that my treasured floor lamp has been badly scratched/discolored due to bad packing. I submitted for a claim request and am rather disappointed with the final salvage outcome — specifically, the additional 20% deduction if they allowed me to keep the lamp (which they eventually refused to waive off). The so-called “replacement value,” which constitutes only about 40% of the original value of a floor lamp that was in perfect condition prior to shipment, is already disproportionate. To then apply a further 20% reduction simply to retain it makes the resolution unreasonable. In principle, this is no longer about the amount, but about fairness. The final outcome does not make sense at all when the customer — who has paid for insurance — bears the loss. In essence, Allied has permanently damaged my irreplaceable lamp and the compensation offered amounts to almost nothing from my own paid insurance, with Allied not taking full responsibility at all even when it’s clearly due to their own packing mishandling. Regrettably, this experience ensures I will not be using Allied/SIRVA again, nor recommending to others. VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE IN THE END!!!
My experience with Allied Pickfords Singapore has been incredibly terrible and stressful from start to finish and has permanently damaged my health. I used them for an international move from Singapore to Europe, and it took over 7 months for my belongings to arrive — with no consistent updates, no accountability, and poor communication throughout. When the shipment finally arrived, I discovered that nearly everything was contaminated with mold. There was visible mold even on the outside of the Boxes. Everything was damp, discolored, and many items were visibly damaged — a result of what appears to be serious negligence or improper storage during transit. Worse, I experienced significant health issues after the delivery and had to leave my home due to toxic mold exposure. The contamination also spread to belongings already in my home, resulting in further property damage, financial loss, and emotional stress. I worked directly with Rina Villa and Regan Ong, and not only did they fail to respond promptly to my reports — but throughout the entire process, Rina consistently miscalculated shipping volume and costs, always in a way that inflated charges. I had to double-check every number because her estimates were often incorrect, creating unnecessary financial stress on top of an already chaotic situation. Despite providing photo evidence, medical documentation, and repeated follow-ups, I’ve received no proper response or resolution from Allied. Calls, emails, and messages have been ignored, and I was promised a follow-up call that never happened. This is not just poor customer service — it’s a case of mishandling, health risk, overcharging, and a total failure of accountability. This has been escalated this to Allied’s insurance (Sirva), Singaporean regulatory bodies, and legal counsel. Since the delivery, I have been evacuated from my home for the last 5 weeks, moving between Airbnbs, because my house is uninhabitable due to mold exposure. Sirva, the parent company of Allied, only trickles down limited approvals for accommodation costs — forcing me to cover everything out of pocket, including all mold remediation expenses upfront and coordinate/manage all of the mold remediation by myself. While I’ve had no choice but to navigate this emergency, the staff go on holidays for a week without arranging backup, leaving me without support in an urgent situation they caused. I recently had surgery and am immunocompromised, and I have explained this multiple times to stress the urgency. Still, no one from Allied picks up the phone or responds to emails. My friend in Singapore had to call over 10 times in a week just to reach Rina — and even then, she failed to send basic paperwork I urgently needed. This entire ordeal has been a horrifying and exhausting experience — one that I’m now escalating publicly and legally to ensure accountability. If you’re considering using Allied or Sirva, I strongly urge you to reconsider. And if you’ve experienced something similar, please speak up — no one should be left to face this level of negligence and harm alone.
Allied were excellent at the pack up side in Singapore. Wilson came to quote and was clear in what we could or couldn’t take and with expectations. He promoted Allied’s experience and services very well. Rina held our hand throughout the process, answered any concerns and provided very detailed and timely information along the timeframe leading up to the pack/move day. Will def recommend to anyone considering moving. Alfie and the guys were on time, respectful, very fast and handled our belongings and home with great care. Very efficient and experts with a cardboard box! We are glad we went with Allied and will engage them again domestically on our return home to Australia. Thanks team 🙏😁
We've dealt with different service providers in Singapore with nice experience but Allied unfornately was the worst we had to deal with during our move out the country. They imposed extra charges on top of our contracted agreed fees without any legitimate reason and after being pursued for the causes of charges they just ignored for over 6 months. Suddenly they sent us an email threatening they would move this to their collection agent. Outrageous behaviour from a company that claimed to guarantee the highest quality of moving services. I would recommend you look elsewhere.
