TLDR: DO NOT recommend engaging them. I called Johnson 7 times just to get confirmation to proceed with the job. (ME calling him ONLY) Then after, ME CALLING HIM several times for photos and bill. It’s been 20 days with no follow-up, no callback, and no update. I honestly don’t even know if the job was ever done. Very poor communication and unreliable service. I DO NOT recommend engaging them.

My landed property is relatively old and water leakages occur more than once in last10 years. After using Allstar a few years ago to solve my water leakages indoor and outdoor, I look only for Allstar subsequently. More recently in January 2024 Allstar was engaged to repair part of roof that had water leakage. Allstar team led by Wein was able to traced where the source of water leakage and did solved & repaired the water leakage effectively within a short time. In June 2024, I approached Wein if Allstar was willing to patch up cracklines in walls and then paint the whole house. Though mere painting was not within Allstar's normal workscope, but Wein was willing to take up the job because it involved repairing many cracklines and then painted my whole house. The result was very good, see photo. I absolutely recommends Allstar for any water leakages problems at indoor or outdoor area.

This contractor is non-responsive and does not pick up calls/response to messages. They do not even bother to issue quotation, which I assumed maybe my project is small. I am surprised to see such customer service for an established firm in SG. Hope my experience is just is a one-off case!
