Engaging Ana Hana Flower typically begins with an enquiry via WhatsApp, phone, or the online form, sharing your event date, venue, headcount, and style references. For weddings, the conversation covers bridal bouquets, ROM table arrangements, arch or aisle florals, and corsages, with lead times of six to twelve weeks recommended for full-scale setups; two to four weeks is generally sufficient for smaller arrangements. For baby full-month or birthday celebrations, the scope might focus on table centrepieces, floral photo backdrops, or gift bouquets. Confirm whether package pricing covers delivery and setup, or whether a separate travel charge applies for venues outside the central region, and agree the setup and teardown windows with your venue coordinator in advance.
To take the next step, reach out to Ana Hana Flower via WhatsApp or phone with your event date and a brief on the occasion and style — a photo reference board helps the team respond with an accurate package recommendation.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
I rarely post reviews on my own accord but Ana Hana service blew me away! I've made a few mistakes on my order e.g. delivery address, choose the wrong delivery option etc. but they were patient when they handle the situation. They also go the extra mile with their delivery! Appreciate it and my friend loves the gift! :)
Ana Hana Flower keep popping out on my socials during Valentines Day and during my search for Blue Roses cos my queen loves it! Found these preserved bouquet and up till today, 6 months later, still looks pretty nice! She really loves it a lot!!
Purchase experience was a breeze. Information and updates were prompt. Delivery was smooth and executed per planned. Definitely recommended for the services and goods. Awesome vibes from Ana Hana.
Bought flowers from them a couple of times! They’re very reliable and their speed of delivery is superb! I placed an order on 16 Feb requesting for a same day delivery. Considering that it was the eve of CNY, they made the arrangement and I received the flowers within an hour. No words can express how grateful I am for their impeccable service and professionalism! Thank you so much!
I order flower at 15 February for my anniversary ar 24 February. At 24 February morning, they call that the flower is not available. You hav almost 10 days to fulfill the order. At that day, many of the option already run out. Since I cannot come empty handed. I need to top up cost for more expensive flower dome that actually I don’t really like and in person, the color look so artificial (which I guess is why that one is left). If you plan to buy flower for special occasion, better don’t buy here.

Ana Hana Flower prices florals on a package basis, with costs varying by scope and occasion. Singapore market norms for floral: bridal bouquets typically S$150–500, ROM or solemnisation table arrangements S$200–600, aisle or arch installations S$500–2,000+, and full wedding floral packages S$1,500–6,000+. Everyday bouquets and centrepieces for parties or baby celebrations generally run S$80–400 depending on bloom selection and arrangement size. Confirm in writing what the package includes — flower varieties, delivery, on-site setup, and teardown — and whether a travel surcharge applies for venues outside the central region. A deposit of 30–50% on signing is standard to secure your date, with the balance typically due one to two weeks before the event. See the full floral cost guide for Singapore →
For weddings, six to twelve weeks ahead is advisable for bouquets and smaller arrangements; full-venue floral setups benefit from two to three months' lead time, as popular Saturdays in March, April, October, and November book out earliest. For baby full-month, birthday parties, and corporate events, four to six weeks is generally sufficient, though peak festive periods such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Chinese New Year compress availability significantly. For everyday bouquet orders and smaller arrangements, one to two weeks is typically adequate, with same-day or next-day options available at a surcharge subject to stock. Confirm whether your date is firm once the deposit is paid, and ask about wet-weather contingency if any portion of the floral setup is outdoors.
Singapore industry standard for event florals is a 30–50% deposit on signing, which secures your date and covers initial design consultation and sourcing commitments for your selected blooms. The balance is typically due one to two weeks before the event. Confirm in writing exactly what the deposit covers and whether it is transferable to a rescheduled date if circumstances change. Deposits are generally non-refundable for cancellations, as perishable flowers are sourced to order. Ask specifically about the rescheduling policy — most reputable florists allow a date change within a reasonable window without forfeiting the deposit. Also confirm public liability insurance coverage, particularly for setup at HDB void decks or condo function rooms where the venue management may require a copy of the certificate before permitting installation.
