Parents and learners looking to enrol should begin by enquiring about level and syllabus fit — whether the programme suits beginners, intermediate participants, or a specific age group. It is worth asking whether a trial class is available before committing to a term, and clarifying whether sessions are conducted in a group setting or on a one-to-one basis. Confirming the term length, any materials fees, and whether classes are held on-site at Neil Road or available online will help you plan around your schedule and location.
To take the next step, reach out to ANATTA Culinary Academy via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to ask about current availability, class formats, and whether a trial session can be arranged before you commit to a full term.
Take the trial class and confirm the tutor's actual credentials before committing to a term.
Highly recommended! Went to BonBons class with Chef Leigh today. Class is conducted with clear instructions, and easy to follow step-by-step guidance. Bonbons turn out so pretty and shiny. Tastes heavenly as well 😍 Before this also attended chef Ambrose class on Rice Wine mee suah on another day. Chef shares lots of tips on making this local delight Also a successful and yummy recipe ~ Really glad to have learned all these wonderful skills from Anatta , ranging from cooking to baking. Looking forward to trying more classes from Anatta !! Thank you chef Leigh and chef Ambrose for making the classes fun and interactive 🙏🏻
My daughter LOVED the holiday bootcamp! She came home excited to show us all the fun things she learned. Chef Leigh is so patient, welcoming, and great with kids. She can’t wait to go back—we have already signed up for the next class!
The baking class is very detailed. Everything had to make from scratch. The best thing is most of the equipment tools you don't need to wash yourself. They also prefer to use more natural and organic Ingredients.
Had a great time with Chef Leigh at the 2 day chocolates masterclass! Chef Leigh was super knowledgeable and helpful, we got to try a variety of different techniques with lots of yummy treats to bring home. They were really accommodating towards my allergies and the included lunch was amazing as well. Highly recommend!
I’ve sent my kids to many cooking & baking schools, and Anatta is by far the best. Each child has their own counter space and they’re each given the opportunity to cook. The recipes are excellent and the food they bring home tastes delicious. Chef Leigh was patient in demonstrating, explaining, and helping the children. I highly recommend Anatta and will definitely continue to send my kids here in the future.

ANATTA Culinary Academy is priced in the moderate range ($$), but specific per-session rates, monthly packages, and term fees are not publicly listed. In Singapore, enrichment cooking and culinary classes typically run from S$50–S$120 per session depending on group size, ingredients provided, and session duration. Some academies bundle sessions into term packages that work out at a lower per-session cost, while others charge a separate materials or ingredient fee. It is worth asking about trial class pricing upfront, as some providers charge a nominal fee for a first session. Sibling discounts or multi-class package deals may also be available. Many enrichment providers in Singapore offer a trial class so that new students can assess whether the level, teaching style, and class pace are a good fit before signing up for a full term. It is worth confirming with ANATTA Culinary Academy directly whether a trial session is available, what it costs, and whether that fee is credited towards a term enrolment. During a trial, pay attention to how the instructor explains techniques, whether the pacing suits the learner's age and experience, and whether the class size allows for adequate individual attention. A culinary class in particular benefits from small groups where each participant gets hands-on time with the cooking process rather than observing from a distance.
Instructor credentials are not listed in the available provider information. For a culinary academy, relevant qualifications to ask about include formal culinary training (such as a diploma from a recognised institution), professional kitchen experience, and any specialist expertise in particular cuisines or techniques relevant to the programme you are enrolling in. If the curriculum is designed to complement school-based programmes or prepare students for further culinary education, it is also useful to ask whether the syllabus aligns with any recognised frameworks. We recommend asking ANATTA Culinary Academy directly about instructor backgrounds before committing to a term.
