About Anjali Chocolat Singapore
Anjali Chocolat Singapore is a gifts and hampers provider operating islandwide from its Tanglin Mall location. KakiList has verified its operating details and contact channels. When ordering a gift or hamper, start by confirming the occasion — whether CNY, Hari Raya, Deepavali, Christmas, a new baby, a get-well gesture, or a corporate appreciation gift — and check that the contents suit the recipient's dietary requirements (halal, no-pork, no-beef, no-alcohol, vegetarian). For corporate bulk orders, ask about minimum quantities, branded packaging options such as a printed sleeve or company logo, and whether split delivery to multiple addresses is available. Confirm the shelf life and best-before dates on any perishable items, and validate the recipient's address — HDB lobby, condo guardhouse, or to-door — before placing the order.
To get started, reach Anjali Chocolat Singapore by phone or through the enquiry form, specify your occasion and any dietary requirements, and confirm the delivery slot and lead time before completing your order — especially during festive peak periods when standard lead times extend significantly.
Confirm halal or other dietary requirements with the supplier, lock in the delivery slot at least 2–3 working days ahead (longer during festive peaks), and keep the recipient's contact handy in case of redelivery.
I had a great experience sending chocolates to a friend in Singapore for Diwali. There was a problem with my credit card and wrote to Anjali. She replied back confirming the order and the details. The delivery was on time, the box was festive, and accompanied by a handwritten note. Anjali also sent a confirmation of delivery. Great service.
easy to overlooked the shop as it is super tiny/ pop up store the staff is impolite and kinda slow, do leave enough time to wait
I made an order on-line, for self pick-up. Vendor did send me an email to confirm my order. But I was traveling, and replied to the email advising that my pick-up date would be a week later. One week later, when I turned up at the counter to collect my order - i quoted the order #, but the staff could not locate my order (neither physical nor in the system). She then asked me curtly what my order was, and I had to scroll to the emailed confirmation on my phone to show her my order of 7 bars of chocolate. She then spent about 10 minutes trying to match my order with whatever stock was avail at the counter. Turns out - one item on my order was not avail. So she gave me a few options of the same price to replace the unavail item. Then came the packaging. Turns out they were out of their smaller shopping bag, so the 7 bars of choc had to sit awkwardly at the bottom of a large shopping bag. To be fair, as a service recovery, she offered to tie ribbons around each bar when I let on they were meant as gifts. Frankly, I was expecting better service given the price of these chocs. The one star is for the service - the whole exercise took nearly 45 minutes. I had expected for my order to be ready for my quick collection. What's the point of ordering on-line then?
Very good quality chocolate, and super cute Easter designs. Anjali personally made sure that my family was able to have Easter egg and bunny delivered to our hotel during SHN despite it being a very busy period for her and her team! Thank you so much! :-)
Great experience with Anjali. I ordered some chocolates and they were delivered the next day. They were absolutely gorgeous and delicious, too. Thank you for your work Anjali !

Anjali Chocolat Singapore is priced in the mid-range band, consistent with the Singapore market for gift hampers and chocolate-based gifts, where everyday occasion hampers typically run S$80–250 and premium or festive hampers S$200–500+. Corporate bulk orders — typically a minimum of 10–50 units — often carry a per-unit discount of around 10–20%. Factor in delivery fees (typically S$10–25 for in-Singapore delivery, sometimes waived above an order threshold), any peak-season surcharges during CNY, Hari Raya, or Christmas, and GST. Custom branding or printed card inserts for corporate orders may carry an additional setup charge. Contact the provider directly for a current price list and bulk-order quotation. Before ordering, confirm whether the food components carry a MUIS halal certificate — for Muslim recipients, a MUIS-certified product is required; 'halal-friendly' labelling without a MUIS certificate does not meet the same standard. Hindu recipients typically require no-beef options, and vegetarian or vegan alternatives may be available within selected ranges. Customisation options to ask about include handwritten or printed card messages, ribbon colour choices, and branded sleeves or company-logo packaging for corporate orders. Item swap-outs within a price band are sometimes possible but depend on stock availability. Allow at least 3–5 working days for custom or branded hampers, and longer if print production is involved. Confirm what happens if a specific item is out of stock before finalising your order.
For in-stock items, standard in-Singapore delivery is typically 1–3 working days. Same-day delivery may be available at a surcharge — usually S$25–50 extra — for orders placed before a cut-off time, subject to slot availability. During festive peaks such as CNY, Hari Raya, and Christmas, allow 5–10 working days, as popular lines sell out and slots fill quickly. Confirm the delivery window (morning, afternoon, or evening), the protocol if the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery — options typically include a re-delivery fee, lobby drop, or leaving with a neighbour — and the cancellation and refund policy. Most retailers allow cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a refund. Keep the recipient's contact number on hand in case the delivery team needs to coordinate access.
