had a very unpleasant interaction with this woman. She was disrespectful toward domestic workers and spoke harshly to several foreign workers. Her behavior came across as condescending and unnecessarily aggressive. I hope she reflects on how she treats people and shows more basic courtesy in the future.

As a Dog Very bad experience with the staff. They were extremely rude and unprofessional. The way they treated patients was disrespectful and unacceptable. The clinic owner may be good, but the staff working here are very poorly managed. I arrived at 1:00 PM and was told to come back at 2:30 PM. I came again, then was told 3:30 PM. When I returned again, they told me 5:30 PM. If you are unable to see patients, why waste people’s time like this? Patients deserve respect, clear communication, and basic professionalism. I am very disappointed with this experience

I really like this clinic. The staff here very friendly and nice. When I come in, they smile and talk to me kindly, make me feel comfortable. The staff explain things slowly so I can understand, and they don’t rush me. The clinic also very clean and not messy. Waiting time also not too long. Overall, I feel safe and happy coming here.

Very bad experience Waste my time Already not feeling well 1PM reach there say 230Pm back to register. They having 1 hours lunch After 230Pm the staff came back I very excited can register and meet up the doctor and back home to rest. But the staff told me doctor 330Pm just come back. Still need to wait one hours. Ask me go behind find another clinic to meet doctor. Treat me like a dog!

Super bad experience with the staff, so rude, very unprofessional. they treat patient like dog. may be this clinic owner is good but staff he/she maintained is very very rude. i don't think anyone would go there second time. the lady with wearing spectacles (mid 20s - 30s) seems working there with unwillingness & forcefully. she replied to patients that "I DONT CARE WHERE YOU COMING FROM". overall too bad experience, i stop sending my all staff there. until now i was hearing complain but now myself had experience then i realize how bad staff here.
