We used APAC Relocation twice for two difficult logistical moves - to Norway and back to Singapore some 2 years later. Though the moves required multiple handovers with local entities we found APAC were excellent at handling and coordinating all parties. Our belongings were delivered on time, undamaged - and with even the boxes virtually unmarked. Nothing lost or damaged and the process for marking off the deliveries was simple and efficient. Throughout the moves Lilli Shen was very helpful and always responded quickly to any queries or change of details from our side. We would recommend dealing with her particularly - though the entire APAC team were efficient and courteous throughout. Very happy with the APAC service - and we will use again on any subsequent relocations.

Deeply Disappointed with APAC Relocation’s Handling and Accountability! My experience with APAC Relocation was extremely frustrating and ultimately led to a ten-month dispute over damages incurred during my international move. I paid APAC to handle both the packing and insurance of my belongings. However, it turned out the insurance was not through APAC, but with the transport company. After packing was completed, APAC contacted me two days later to say I had exceeded a "volume limit", a restriction that had never been mentioned before. Without asking for my input or approval, they repacked my boxes, supposedly to reduce volume. This unauthorized repacking caused significant damage to my personal items. To make matters worse, the damage caused was largely excluded from insurance coverage, and in the end, only about 20% of my losses were reimbursed. For weeks at a time, I received no meaningful communication from APAC, despite multiple follow-ups. They completely stopped responding until I involved legal counsel. Bottom line: Be cautious. Read every detail of the fine print. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend APAC Relocation, especially if you're expecting professionalism, accountability, and proper care of your belongings.

Our recent international move to Austria with APAC Relocation went well. The guys were the most cost effective move, offered us shared container with a bit longer timeline. The goods arrived on time at Europe. The final delivery was prompt, scheduled perfectly, and the unpacking crew was swift and courteous. There are no damages and we really recommend them.
