About Apex Harmony Lodge
Apex Harmony Lodge is a senior daycare provider located at Pasir Ris Walk, serving families across Singapore. The listing has been verified by KakiList and the business is registered with ACRA. It holds a 4.4/5 rating across 22 Google reviews, a moderate sample that offers reasonable directional confidence. No regulatory licences are currently listed on this profile, so families should confirm directly whether the centre holds AIC or MOH registration before proceeding.
When exploring senior daycare for a loved one, families typically begin with a care assessment to map the elder's mobility, medical conditions, dietary needs, and social preferences. It is worth clarifying whether Apex Harmony Lodge provides structured programming, dementia-specific support, or nursing supervision during daycare hours, and whether transport to and from the centre is available. The decision usually involves multiple family members, so an in-person visit to meet the care team and observe the daily routine is strongly recommended before committing. Ask about the centre's staffing ratio and what happens if your family member requires urgent medical attention during the day.
To take the next step, contact Apex Harmony Lodge by phone or through the enquiry form on their listing to request a care assessment appointment and arrange a centre visit.
Insist on a trial period and put the care plan, hours, and rate in writing.
The only dementia-only nursing home in Singapore. Specialized care for dementia patients. Since her admission, mum has been cared for very well. She seems happy and actually looks better. Great team there!
I want to express my deepest gratitude to Apex Harmony Lodge for the exceptional care they provided to my grandmother over the past decades. Their unwavering dedication and compassion turned what could have been challenging years into a time of warmth, dignity, and joy for her. Now that she has passed and is finally at peace in a better place, I reflect on this with a heavy heart but also with profound appreciation for how they made her life so meaningful until the very end.
The staffs are very friendly. My friend living here is well cared and physically improving. Thank you so much for your loving care.

Apex Harmony Lodge does not publicly display a specific daily or monthly rate on this listing. Singapore senior daycare centres typically charge S$60–120 per day before subsidies, with monthly costs ranging from S$1,200 to S$3,000 depending on the level of care, nursing input, and whether transport is included. Families eligible for government subsidies (see below) can significantly reduce out-of-pocket costs. Confirm the full fee structure directly with the centre, including any registration or assessment fees, transport charges, meals, incontinence supplies, and public holiday surcharges. Ask whether the quoted rate is before or after subsidy deduction, and get the breakdown in writing before signing any care agreement. See the full eldercare cost guide for Singapore →
Apex Harmony Lodge operates as a senior daycare centre, meaning your family member attends during the day and returns home each evening — this is a visit-based model, not live-in care. Typical daycare hours run from around 7am to 7pm, though centres vary, so confirm the exact operating hours and whether half-day attendance is available. Daycare suits elders who are relatively mobile, benefit from social interaction and structured activity, and have a family caregiver or domestic helper available overnight. If your family member requires 24-hour supervision, round-the-clock medical monitoring, or live-in nursing care, you would need to explore residential care or home nursing in parallel. Some families combine daycare with a part-time home caregiver for morning and evening cover. Ask about a trial period of one to two weeks to assess whether your loved one settles in well, and confirm the replacement or adjustment policy if the arrangement is not a good fit.
No regulatory licences are currently listed for Apex Harmony Lodge on this profile, so families should ask the centre directly whether it holds AIC (Agency for Integrated Care) registration or MOH licensing, both of which apply to regulated eldercare providers in Singapore. For a centre offering dementia care or nursing oversight, MOH registration is particularly important. For day programmes specifically, check whether the care staff hold relevant certifications such as the WSQ Certificate in Community and Social Services (Eldercare) or equivalent, and whether there is a registered nurse on site during operating hours. Ask about the centre's insurance coverage for incidents occurring on the premises, including falls or medical events, and confirm the emergency protocol and which hospital the centre refers to. If you are considering MediSave or CHAS claims, AIC registration is typically a prerequisite.
