I reached here to do a physical check-out for student pass at the end of last year. I wasn't sure if it was necessary to conduct overseas vaccine verification after enquiring my friend, so I asked the reception if I could get back my sg$30. The reception said yes and told me the processing would take about two to three weeks, and reqiured me to send an email to offical mail address, I did it. But it was already one month, I didn't receive my refund.
