We shared our ideas and showed our inspos with Camellia over a call and received a quotation almost on the same day. Despite the numerous elements of the entire decoration that we envisioned for our wedding day, she remained composed and delivered exactly how we wanted the event space to look! She was receptive on the many different amendment of the flower recipe which replicated what we wanted exactly in the end. The team that assisted in set up was also flexible and handled last minute changes very well. Loved how it all turned out, kudos to the team that made this happen!

She kept telling me not to worry and that her team would take care of everything, and she really did. She even went down herself to arrange the board flowers. She did my bouquet and the car flowers just from one photo and my autumn theme, and everything ended up matching the banquet venue perfectly. I loved how all the flowers and decor turned out and everyone was praising the setup the whole night. Even the aisle runner was done perfectly straight. I honestly could not have asked for a better experience. Really cannot recommend her enough. Just show her what you like and she will handle everything.❤️

Choosing Artcammy for my wedding floral decor was the most regrettable decision of my entire planning process. Even now, looking at my wedding photos makes me sad because of the poor quality of their work. Despite paying more than $4,000 for faux floral decorations, the final result was completely different from the photos and brief provided. - Poor Communication: The staff was consistently unresponsive. I had to chase them down just to get a phone call. - Safety Negligence: The stage and aisle covers were installed so poorly that they were covered in wrinkles, creating a major tripping for many guests. My mother actually fell during the event and had to be taken to the hospital for stitches and medical treatment. - Amateur Execution: You can clearly see taping and adhesive in my professional wedding photos. When I pointed this out, they claimed it was for "security," yet they failed to meet basic safety standards for guest foot traffic. Moreover, the final result bore no resemblance to the design brief or the photos I was promised. - Insulting Resolution: After raising these serious concerns, they offered a $200 refund. This doesn't even cover one-third of the medical bills from the fall, let alone the amount I paid them. Artcammy was unprofessional, lack of care and irresponsible. (maybe my budget is not as big as other customers so the service is much worse). I initially chose them due to good reviews but now I cannot recommend them to anyone. Please think twice before booking them for your special day.

Saw their work on IG and decided to engage them for our wedding as their designs are very beautiful. For my floral bouquet I wanted something unique and cascading, I showed them some inspo pics and they pulled it off beautifully. The actual day decor (photo boards and deconstructed arch) was done up very nicely as well. My guests couldn’t tell that those were faux flowers. Will recommend them for your big day as they are highly professional and is seamless in execution.
