Went in for a blocked ear due to the accumulation of ear wax, to get an ear suction done. However the doctor was very aggressive during the procedure as he used the suction to scrape the ear wax off of my ear canel, which caused a lot of pain, to the point where I had to stop halfway. I went to others before where the doctor will change the size of suction to get the more stubborn earwax off my ear canel but the doctor here did not do that and only used the suction to scrape. Nothing used to soften the earwax as well, and was just very aggressive which caused a lot of pain. I was charged close to $600 which I found was expensive especially when the problem was just solved halfway. Will never go back to this clinic ever again.

I had sudden hearing loss and was very worried, but Dr. Yuen was professional, patient, and reassuring throughout the treatment. He explained everything clearly and acted quickly, which gave me a lot of confidence during a stressful time. Poor Communication, Untrained Staff & No Record-Keeping I had an extremely frustrating experience at this clinic and feel compelled to share it so others know what to expect. After my child’s appointment, a staff member asked me to collect medication at a later date. I called the following business day to confirm availability — only to be met with complete confusion. The staff on the call had no record of the order whatsoever. After some internal checking, they reached out via WhatsApp and asked me to come on a different day. Fine, I complied. When I arrived on the rescheduled day, a different staff member informed me that my child — the patient — had to be present for an allergy test before the medication could be dispensed. This was never communicated to me at any point prior. Not during the appointment, not during the phone call, and not in the WhatsApp message. I was absolutely furious. This is a basic piece of information that should have been conveyed from the very beginning. The staff here appear poorly trained and there is a serious disconnect between team members. Nobody seems to know what the other is doing, and patients are left to bear the consequences of their internal disorganisation. What troubles me most, however, is the apparent lack of proper record-keeping. The doctor does not leave adequate notes after each session, which means staff have no idea what was planned for the patient when follow-ups are due. We have shown up to appointments where nothing was prepared and no one had any context for why we were even there. This is not just unprofessional — for a specialist medical clinic, it is genuinely concerning. I sincerely hope the management takes these issues seriously. A clinic that cannot communicate internally or maintain proper patient records has no business seeing specialist patients.
