i had been suffering in silence and was oblivious to it for years. in 2023 september things took a very sinister turn for me health wise and in march 2024 i finally went to seek answers and treatment. first went to my local GP in my estate, and asked for a referral. found dr annie thru google search and made an appointment. she literally saved my life. my kidney and liver were showing signs of starting to fail. she did so many tests to make sure her diagnosis was accurate. ruled out so many different ailments and issues. was finally diagnosed with autoimmune disease (hashimotos disease) i have suffered in alot of pain for years and alot of mental anguish. i wish to thank you doctor. your clinic staff were most accommodating and kind to me thank you. based on your reference, and timley intervention, u got me the right treatment.

Unprofessional and Unsatisfactory Service: As a patient, I believe it is reasonable to request additional tests, especially when paying for the service. It’s important for patients to have a clear understanding of their health and minimize potential risks. This experience was unprofessional and disappointing. Details: I had two short phone consultations with Dr. Annie regarding missing tests in my new medical report. I was concerned why the ANA (anti-nuclear antibodies) test was not included, especially since my previous GP and a specialist found slightly elevated ANA levels, which prompted my consultation. Dr. Annie explained that she deemed the test unnecessary, contrary to my request for further monitoring of my health. She became frustrated when I suggested the test should be included, claiming it would require another consultation to review data and explain. Although I was initially fine with seeking another doctor, Dr. Annie later called back and scolded me for questioning her judgment, stating she felt "challenged."

Unprofessional and Unresponsive Clinic Staff: While Dr Law is knowledgeable and caring, I found her clinic staff to be unprofessional and a pain to communicate with. They were generally unresponsive and it would take hours to get their reply on simple questions such as whether my blood test results were back or whether I could go down to their clinic on that day to collect medication (and I had to press them for a reply at that!). Blood test results that had already been paid for were also not quickly emailed, and my appointment was scheduled together with other patients', so even after turning up at their clinic at the appointment time, I still had to wait for almost two hours before I could see Dr Law. It's unfortunate, because I was considering getting on a long-term treatment program for my gout condition with Dr Law, but eventually decided to switch to another rheumatologist due to the unpleasant experience with the staff.
