I came in with lower back pain and stiffness, and after a few adjustments by Dr Ken, my pain went away. I was able to move better and exercise better too. I also had some right wrist problem where it would get achy and stiff whenever I rotate it, but Dr Ken was able to get it moving properly and smoothly again. He is a real professional who has deep knowledge about the human spine. Strongly recommend Asia One Chiropractic!
I’ve been coming for regular adjustments under Dr John for the past 3 years and it definitely has made a significant improvement in my posture and my overall well-being (used to have headaches often, back pains & tingling sensations in my hands which all links back to our spine). As an athlete, it helped me perform better too! Sachi also makes my scheduling of appointments super easy & flexible hehe!

No GP referral is required to book a chiropractic consultation in Singapore, though having one can help with insurance reimbursement claims if your integrated shield plan or corporate medical benefits cover allied health. On your first visit, expect to complete an intake form covering your medical history, current symptoms, and any prior injuries or surgeries — this helps the chiropractor identify contraindications such as osteoporosis, spinal fractures, or certain vascular conditions before treatment begins. If your condition is complex or involves neurological symptoms, the chiropractor may refer you to a medical specialist before proceeding. Contact Asia One Chiropractic directly to ask about their first-visit format and what to bring.
Chiropractors in Singapore are not yet regulated under a statutory board in the same way as physiotherapists (AHPC) or TCM practitioners (TCMPB), so there is no single public register to cross-check against. Voluntary credentials to look for include a recognised chiropractic degree (typically a 5-year Doctor of Chiropractic from an accredited institution) and membership of the Chiropractic Association of Singapore (CAS). No regulatory licences are currently listed for Asia One Chiropractic (Tanjong Pagar) on this profile. We recommend asking the clinic directly for the treating chiropractor's qualifications and professional memberships before your first appointment. Confirm the practitioner's credentials before committing to a package.
