We had a wonderful experience at the imaging centre. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally welcoming, patient, and professional. Their calm and reassuring approach really helped ease any anxiety my mum had. The radiographer was skilled, gentle, and took the time to explain each step clearly, which made the whole process smooth and comfortable. The environment was also very clean, peaceful, and calming — it really made a difference during the visit. A special compliment to the radiologist and operation manager as well. Not only was the radiologist knowledgeable and thorough, but also very responsible in ensuring the test ordered was appropriate for my mum’s condition. I truly appreciated that they didn’t just carry out the request blindly, but took the time to assess what was genuinely needed for accurate diagnosis. Overall, I’m very impressed with the level of care and service provided. Thank you to the entire team for making the experience such a positive one. Highly recommended!

Went for a full body MRI at this centre yesterday. Upon walking out of the lift, greeted by a friendly counter staff Yee Ting who confirmed on my appointment and subsequently advised me to visit the toilet before doing the scan. After changing out, was guided to the MRI room. The nurses used a metal detector to ensure no metallic object before allowed into the room. Greeted by Radiographer Denice who is quite friendly. Two nurses Evelyn and Moon (not too sure if I got their names correct) assisted me to put on ear plugs and headsets. Even asked me which radio channel I prefer to listen to during my scan. Very nice of them to ask. Overall the scan went on well and must specially thanks and compliment Denice for the good job done!

First of all, I'm so thankful that Dr Cynthia Kew is working with this centre. The service here is really 5 star! It's not just about saying the right thing or having the right countenance. You can sense their professionalism and sincerity. This includes the front desk staff too. Some of the procedures were stressful, and I truly appreciate how patient and kind the medical staff were. Although they are the medical experts here, they were never condescending or impatient with me. They were really gentle and assuring when describing the procedure. I felt comforted and left feeling really grateful to have received their medical service.

Friendly service. Especially thanks to Herni, Lisa, Vivien and all front desk team. The next door lady (if not mistaken her name is Rosa) was very helpful too with her guidance when I got lost there.
