I recently used Asian Tigers Group (International Moving and Relocation) – Singapore for my shipment from Singapore to the USA (Los Angeles). The sales consultant, Ryansova Yasmein, conducted the home survey and explained the moving process clearly. After that initial meeting, most of my communication was with Suziana Binte Salim (Suzi), Senior Consultant, who handled the coordination of the shipment. Our shipment was picked up on 23 December 2025 and delivered on 3 March 2026. The original estimated transit time was around 6–7 weeks, but the shipment ended up taking a bit longer than expected. There were no customs delays, and fortunately we were not in a rush to receive our items, so the extended timeline did not cause major issues for us. I would also like to compliment the packing team - Maman (Michael jackson). The packing by the moving team was excellent—everything was packed carefully and arrived well protected, with our items intact upon delivery. I especially want to give a shout-out to Suzi. Over the past two months, she was always friendly, responsive, and quick to reply to questions. Her communication helped keep us informed throughout the process and made the experience much calmer for us as clients. Having someone responsive and reassuring during an international move makes a big difference. Overall, we appreciate Suzi’s support and professionalism throughout the process.

I engaged KC.Dat Asian Tiger to do a local residential move in Singapore. I must say during the day the tigers came, me and my wife did absolutely nothing except to pack our clothings. The team packed everything so nicely and secure! The did it so fast and professionally too. It is reallt hassle free, the price to engage them is pricey, but its definitely worth every penny. When its time to unpack, the team did the unloading of boxes in such lightning speed that it was done within half a day. And if you think this was the only the amazing thing, then you are wrong! The movers who came over to collect our empty boxes were also very professional and fast that they cleared almost 120boxes within 20mins! The only drawback i experienced was that the estimation of the storage was off by more than a 20% and it affected the pricing, but the tigers were able to help provide flexibility in the pricing. The billing departments can also be improved. But overall, The Tigers did not disappoint despite the above. Its only a small issue that did not affect the overall experience in my move!

Highly recommend! They handled my move from the US to Singapore with utmost care and professionalism - from the pre-move survey and packing in the US by Ares (Keaton Bell) and Bruns International (Andre Holtkamp), to shipment delivery and unpacking in Singapore by Asian Tigers (Jonathan Lim). Andre did an in-person pre-move survey (unlike some other firms, which only conduct virtual move surveys) and was very helpful in answering my questions and walking me through the move process. Keaton and Jonathan provided timely updates on my shipment, and also checked in with me before and after the crew came. All the paperwork was done with no hassle. The packing/unpacking teams in the US and Singapore were also especially good; careful in the handling of my items yet super efficient, and very polite and respectful. My items arrived in Singapore in perfect condition, no mold, no odd smells, no breakage. This included one antique mirror and several other fragile objects. Thanks again, Asian Tigers Group!

I’ve moved a couple of times since 2021 and it’s never been this easy with Asian Tigers. From the day I’ve engaged with them (lead by Ms. Dean), the whole process was seamless and most convenient. All the movers were friendly, happy and most importantly careful with all my things. There were a few items that needed special care and they took my instructions carefully. Expressing my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided by the entire team at Asian Tigers Group for my relocation from Hong Kong to Singapore. Every step of the the journey was handled with professionalism and care, with key team members going above and beyond to ensure a smooth experience. Starting in Hong Kong, Ms Miranda Leung, Senior Customer Service Officer, delivered exceptionally good service. She managed all coordinating work meticulously, making sure the packing team arrived on time for pick up and ensuring all documentation and arrangements for the international shipment were in perfect order. From there, Ms Vienne See, Team Lead - Move Management, took over with seamless communication. She was prompt and clear. The negotiation and logistics planning phases were smooth, with transparent details and fair terms. Once our belongings arrived in Singapore, Mr Rashidi, the dedicated supervisor, and his team efficiently managed the delivery from the warehouse to my home. They were careful with handling and meticulous with unpacking, placing every item correctly with attention to detail. What truly stood out was how all the teams across locations worked hand in hand - from Hong Kong's customer service and packing to international coordination and local Singapore delivery. Everyone was helpful and committed to making my move stress-free. I also want to give special thanks to Mr Kelvin Yap, General Manager, who personally followed up with after sales service to ensure I was completely satisfied. This level of attention and commitment to customer experience is rare and truly commendable. I would recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable international relocation partner.
