We were searching packing and shipping our household items (quite large volume in 40ft container) Internationally . It is good to find Asiatic Singapore for our shipment. The whole team at Asiatic was reliable and efficient but the real remarkable job done by Mr.Unni and Priya Mary as well as job supervisor. The whole shipment - packing in SG and delivery would not have been the same without their assistance and guidance. I could get in touch with them from any part of the world at my time to attend my clarifications. Unni professionalism and kindness is another level. He is a consultant, a customer service person, he covers his role with full knowledge of the shipping procedure as well as customs regulation, knowing what’s best for you and your shipping and made us trust him since our first contact with him. We had to take a couple of important decisions and customer service team never left us alone and constantly checking and assistisng on us to make sure we were ready and constantly searching for the best solution for us to take. Packing was 4 days and the team arrived around 9.50 am. Though 20 minutes late, one can understand Trafiic condition. The whole packing and loading completed 3.5 days . We received the items in our house after 48 days with smooth customs clearance. Their partner was absolutely fantastic. I am glad to recommend them .

Asiatic International Relocation packed my shipment to Dubai. The site survey done very quickly and quote was at fair cost. The packing has done well for my piano with crate and delivered the shipment in time in good condition. I highly recommend them.

I just received my goods and realized that the packing done is of extremely poor quality. They just wrap cardboard boxes around the furniture with doing any basic protection or wrapping. The cardboard has worn off due to rubbing etc and the furniture is exposed that has damaged the wood and finish. The Marketing team lead Mr. Unni is fantastic but the actual packing, documenting inventory is very poor quality. They do the packing in a way the volume increases so as to increase your cost. I would term them as below standard. I have shifted a fair number of times so know what good is like. Do not compromise on cost and go with good packers. A big thumbs down to Asiatic packers.
