We brought my mom for a variety of complaints and complications to Dr Joanne. Mom was also she was not comfortable to travel far for treatment. Dr Joanne was meticulous in her care and went through everything with my family and with me each step of the way for caring the many issues. Patient/ kind / considerate and all round good soul person. But the most deeply moving and appreciated thing was she was still keeping in contact after my mom went home . she reached out to check on her and texting me and in addition connecting me to other Drs who could help with some things that were more specific. She even came back while on her on leave to help my mom with something as my mom was comfortable with her and she really showed deep human love for her patients. My family is very blessed to have come across her in a hour of need and high stress period over my elderly mom. If there was 20 stars I will give her !!!!

My sister , nephew , niece & myself were given a free health screening package from PFP. I need to went back twice for 2nd blood drwan as the 1st blood drawn was told blood clot in the sample tube. I went back for the 2nd blood drawn and again they told me the doctor put the wrong sample tube for FBC (Full Blood Count) test. I decided not to go back after knowing they made a serious mistake on my nephew report indicating female package and menstrual cycle is irregular. A health screening is meant to provide reassurance and guidance,but unfortunately,our experience was far from satisfactory. i believe patients deserve to be treated with professionalism, empathy and courtesy at all times. I hope Dr Joanne Koay will review this matter seriously and take the necessary steps to ensure better service and professionalism for future patients.

I was feeling quite ill at work today. I discovered a new clinic that I had not visited before and decided to go there, as I was unable to walk any further. The clinic was very clean, and the nurse at the reception was very polite in guiding me through the registration process and handling it. I'm glad the clinic was highly effective. I was soon able to see the doctor and complete the process, including obtaining the necessary medication. It's worth noting that the receptionist nurse also offered me a mask for my runny nose and cough during the registration process. I appreciate the positive experience I had during my visit. Thank you.
