Had an excellent experience with ATsmarthome from start to finish. I first met Winnie at their showroom, where she clearly explained the concept of smart home living and patiently walked me through the possibilities. She was very attentive and detailed in planning the smart home layout, and even took the initiative to liaise closely with my ID and contractors to ensure everything was set up properly. Once installation was completed, Young from ATsmarthome came down to sync all my smart switches and fans. He was extremely patient, helped set up different scenes, and took the time to run through a clear tutorial with me. I especially appreciated that he proactively recommended practical scenarios that I might actually use in daily life. Truly impressed by the professionalism and service from the entire team. Fast response on last minute request and accommodating to it. Had a really good experience with AT Smart Home! Adrian and Simon were great during the initial support and sales stage, with a very systematic approach to onboarding the homeowner and explaining how everything works. Winnie handled logistics smoothly and kept things well organised. The initial pairing and integration weren’t perfect at first, but Winnie and Young were responsive and got the issues sorted out properly—solving problems instead of shying away from them! Overall, good communication, responsible follow-up, and solid after-sales support. Would definitely recommend, especially for anyone who’s clueless about smart homes!
