I went to ATA Medical today for a health screening and had a really smooth experience from start to finish. The staff greeted me as soon as I entered the clinic, and the whole screening process was very well-organised — each station flowed easily and I didn’t have to wait long between checks. Special mention to the nurse who took my blood — very skillful and gentle, with minimal pain. The staff who conducted the bone density scan and carotid ultrasound were also patient and clear in explaining the results. The liver ultrasound was completed promptly and efficiently too. Finally, the doctor was friendly and made the consultation comfortable. Overall, professional, efficient, and reassuring. Highly recommended for anyone coming in for health screening.

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the care Dr. Lydia provided during my recent consultation. Her clear and thorough explanation of my UTI diagnosis helped me understand the situation much better, and I truly felt at ease throughout the entire process. I was particularly impressed by the comfort she maintained during the examination, which made the experience much less stressful. It's rare to find a doctor who combines professionalism with such a warm, patient-centered approach. Thank you for her kindness and expertise. The only thing I would like to mention is that I had to wait for more than an hour before it was my turn. While I understand delays can happen, I just wanted to bring this to your attention as it would have been helpful to have a more accurate estimate of wait times or at least some follow up by the counter staffs during the waiting period. Once again, thank you for Dr. Lydia's excellent care, and I look forward to my continued treatment under her care.
