Initially, there were some hiccups along the way. After the first installation, we started noticing a constant and loud ticking sound when the blind is closed. I notified Auszip on this in Nov 2025, and they came down to inspect the blinds and we booked appointment to try and rectify the issue. After about 3 appointments (took abit of trial and error to identify the issue), they took down the side panel and replaced the zip inserts, and we finally stop hearing the ticking sound. I would say kudos to the Auszip team, they honour their words on warranty and ensure the zipblinds after installation are in the right conditions. They are however a smaller company, so don't expect immediate next day appointment for fixes - but from a timeline perspective, everything was fixed across the 3 appointments in about 2 months for me. The blinds are also of great value and quality. I compared across multiple zipblind companies, and they impressed me with the most, with no hard selling or pressure tactic. Most blind companies I went to pressurise me into commiting a purchase by saying the price is only valid for the day at the showroom. They were also able to do a manual side panel for me despite a very short width, which other companies shared with me it's not possible and can only do fixed panel. Bonus: Their quotation already includes the LED light and smart motor! The smart motor (no need to purchase any separate adapter etc) links to Tuya, which I can control from my google home as well.

Engaged AusZip to install their blinds for my balcony. Having it for 6months already. So far no issues at all, very satisfied with the built and quality. Sales side have been very prompt with my queries right from the start till the end. Had some issues with my balcony tap placement that will result in additional panels to be installed(additional cost & block my balcony view). Approached many suppliers, but AusZip is the only one that offers me advise and suggestions to avoid the panel whereas others just tell me not doable. Have to make them take multiple trips to do my measurements, yet each time their staff have been patient and courteous throughout. Installation team also great, supposed to complete installation in 1 day, but halfway through due to some operational issue, they didn't want to do a shady job, so requested to come 1 more day to fully do the blinds up properly. After sales have been also very prompt so far. Overall very value for price, especially with the 8yrs warranty and annual maintenance. No hard or up selling, great service and quality. Very impressed, hope they can continue to offer us consumers with the same consistency. 👍👍👍

A long-overdue review. I was sourcing for zipblinds for my new home and decided to go with AusZip because Leonard and Bowen did not try to hard-sell motorised blinds. They respected my preference for manual blinds, and their pricing was reasonable. I believe I’m the only one in my condo who engaged them, as most neighbours went with group buys from more popular vendors. Kok seng was experienced and did accurate measurement of my irregular balcony. Alim followed up on my feedback and arrange for the rectifications. Installation and rectification was carried out professionally by 3 - 4 team led by Habib. As with any installation, things may not be perfect at first. It took two service visits to fully rectify the issues — one panel was retracting too quickly, and another would not stay fully down and slowly moved up over time. What stood out to me was AusZip’s professionalism and commitment. After I shared videos of the issues, they arranged follow-up visits promptly and fixed everything properly. I actually look forward to having Habib’s team back again for the servicing included in my package. They are a dedicated team that AusZip should truly cherish. Highly recommended.
