Went to get my IDP settled. Arrived about 5 min before opening and there were 4 ppl in front of me. Quite efficient. Take a queue, when your number is called, staff will take your IC and License and take a photo of you with the iPad. They will hand you an iPad to complete the rest of the form. After you complete the form online, return the iPad and wait for your IDP to be processed. The other counter will call your name and confirm your details before handing over the completed IDP. Took about 30 min in total, was out by 1130am on a Monday.
