Reliable , honest and operated with integrity. The staff is pretty efficient and sincere and took time to pack and unpack the items Fragile items were handled professionally This is my third move with the same company in past 7 years..the dropped the packing material and sufficient number of boxes as requested much timely and were able to pull thru everything- with patience. Dismantled the beds and covered sofas/ clothes in suit hangers etc- in professional way..

My family hired AZ Movers & Traders for a full house move including packing and unpacking of fragile items. They sent someone to survey the items to be moved, they followed up regularly to see if we have decided on the moving company and what are the planned dates. Frankly initially we had doubts about this company as there were quite a few negative reviews online, however we were assured that we should not judge their service through these reviews (given by some bias people), Muhammed was aware of these reviews and did not deny and he promised good service level. My husband and I are very satisfied with the service provided by AZM&T The entire process was very smooth and done in a very professional and efficient manner. We asked for abt 10 cardboard boxes and tape for packing our wardrobe items 10 days before the actual packing day, we received 20 cartons, bubble wrap, paper & loads of tape. We asked for another 10 cartons after a week and they were dropped off in a few hours with tape and marker. On the 1st day of packing Muhammed’s team arrived on time at our old residence, once they came in, they already had tasks assigned for the team by the supervisor (Ibrahim). One person was assigned to just pack fragile items and he managed very well. The team managed to pack 90% of the items on day 1. Day 2 they had more manpower as they were starting to take cartons and loose wrapped furniture to the trucks. Very neatly packed and secure for the short journey to the new home nearby. Unloading and assembly of beds was done very efficiently and everything works well after it has been assembled back. We did not have any breakage or damage during the move. Staff were very polite and patient the whole time. Unloading and unpacking was done very efficiently and inside the new place, mover team helped with the furniture moving around when asked till we were satisfied with the layout (we were still in the process of assessing where everything should go). We would highly recommend using AZ Movers & Trader if planning your packing & moving. Thank you AZ Movers & Traders!!!

We asked AZ Movers and Mohamed's team to help us prepare our house in Bukit Timah for handover, and they were fantastic. They arranged the cleaning, repainted the house, sanded and polished the wooden floors, and repaired everything from wardrobes to electrical fittings. They worked incredibly hard, and the result was very satisfying. What really stood out was their attitude — calm, kind, humble, and always ready to help. As long as you’re clear and available to answer questions, they’re responsive and easy to work with. That’s exactly what you need during a stressful handover process, and they ticked all the boxes. We’re so happy we chose them. Highly recommend this team!
