About Balloon Art Singapore
Balloon Art Singapore is a decor and balloon specialist serving clients islandwide. The listing is KakiList-verified, confirming active operations and a working contact channel. Across 72 Google reviews the provider holds a 4.9/5 rating — a robust sample that reflects consistent client satisfaction. Pricing sits in the mid-range ($$) and is offered on a package basis, which is standard for balloon and decor work.
The typical booking journey begins with an enquiry via WhatsApp or phone, where you share the event date, venue type, rough headcount, and any theme or colour palette in mind. From there, the team will propose a package or à la carte options covering balloon installations, arch or column setups, centrepieces, or backdrops. Confirm the setup and teardown windows with your venue — these are often outside the rented event window and need to be arranged in advance. For HDB void deck or condo function room events, ask whether a public liability insurance certificate is required by the venue management, as some estate managers ask for this before permitting third-party vendors to set up. Outdoor or partially outdoor setups should include a wet-weather contingency plan.
To get started, reach out via WhatsApp or the enquiry form with your event date, venue address, and any reference images — a deposit of roughly 30–50% is typical on signing to secure the date.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
Alicia and team was of great help to my kids party . She was ever so flexible and accomodating even helping me source for kids chair at the last minute given that my shoppee order hadnt arrive on time . All the children enjoy the science show a lot and of coz the slime party as well . Alicia was here all the way to coordinate the whole event and the slime glow in the dark.
It was a pleasure working with Happier SG for my event. Alicia did an amazing job from the start to the end. When I first approached her to ask about her UV face/body painting services, she went the extra mile to have a chat with me to better understand my needs and how she could find the best package for me. Throughout the period of time that I engaged their services, they were responsive and polite. The artists that came down were also great. Highly recommend :)
I liaised with Alicia, and she was incredibly helpful throughout the process. The team was also very accommodating to changes and even offered to extend the duration of the sculpture to ensure it wasn’t wasted. Excellent service and thoughtful support!
Use their services for both my school's graduation ceremony and prom nite. They are amazing dedicated and very professional. The balloon sculptures they created are according to your specifications. They are punctual in putting up the deco and the lady boss even stayed on till the event started to see if there is any shortcoming. Will definitely use their services again for further personal events too. I also asked them to do my wedding anniversary bouquet 💐 and it was done immediately. My request was last minute order.
Amazing deco! Reiko and her team did a fantastic job with my 100 days party event. They were professional and quick in response. Delivery of services were superb! Will definitely engage them again.

Balloon Art Singapore prices its work on a package basis, which is standard for decor and balloon installations. Singapore market norms for balloon and decor work sit at roughly S$300–1,500 for balloon arches, column pairs, and centrepiece clusters; larger backdrop installations or full-venue balloon ceiling work can run S$1,500–5,000+ depending on balloon count, ceiling height, and complexity. A deposit of roughly 30–50% is typically due on signing to secure the date, with the balance settled one to two weeks before the event. Itemise the following when reviewing any quote: number of pieces or installation areas covered, delivery and setup fee (especially for non-central or multi-storey venues without lift access), teardown scope, travel charge if applicable, and GST. Ask whether the package includes standby time on the event day or whether setup is strictly to a window. See the full Decor & Balloons cost guide for Singapore →
For balloon and decor specialists in Singapore, six to twelve weeks is a comfortable lead time for most birthday parties, baby celebrations, and corporate events. Popular Saturdays — particularly in March, April, October, and November, which overlap with wedding season — can book out earlier, so enquire as soon as your date is confirmed. For baby full-month and 100-day celebrations, six to eight weeks ahead is generally sufficient, though peak periods around major public holidays compress availability. Once you have a firm date, a signed booking and deposit will hold the slot — verbal reservations are not standard practice. Confirm the setup arrival window with both Balloon Art Singapore and your venue at the time of booking, as the two timelines need to align. If any portion of the event is outdoors, discuss a wet-weather backup plan at the enquiry stage rather than the week before.
The industry standard for Singapore event vendors is a deposit of 30–50% on signing, which holds the date and covers initial design and planning work. The balance is typically due one to two weeks before the event. Confirm in writing what the deposit covers — date exclusivity, concept development, material sourcing — and what portion, if any, is refundable should you need to cancel. Deposits for event bookings are generally non-refundable but may be transferable to a rescheduled date, subject to availability. Ask specifically about the rescheduling policy if a venue closure, public-health restriction, or force-majeure event requires a change of date — reputable vendors typically allow one rescheduling within six to twelve months without forfeiting the deposit. If your venue is an HDB void deck, condo function room, or hotel, ask whether Balloon Art Singapore can provide a public liability insurance certificate on request, as some venue managers require this before permitting third-party vendors to set up on the premises.
