About Balloon Dreams SG
Balloon Dreams SG is a decor and balloon specialist operating islandwide from its base at 82 Haji Lane, Singapore. The listing has been verified by KakiList, though with only 11 Google reviews averaging 3.3 out of 5, the review sample is too small to draw firm conclusions about service quality. Pricing is indicated at the mid-range band; specific package rates should be confirmed directly with the provider.
When enquiring, share your event date, venue, and approximate headcount so Balloon Dreams SG can advise on the right package or à la carte combination. Balloon and decor specialists typically need the venue's setup access window in advance — confirm whether the venue allows installation before the rented period begins, and whether teardown must be completed the same evening. For HDB void decks or condo function rooms, some venues require a copy of the vendor's public liability insurance certificate before permitting setup. Discuss your theme or colour palette, whether you need freestanding balloon columns, organic garlands, balloon backdrops, table centrepieces, or a combination, and whether delivery-only or full on-site installation is required. Lead time for custom installations is typically two to four weeks, so book early for weekend events.
To get started, reach out to Balloon Dreams SG with your event date, venue address, and a rough idea of your theme or preferred style, and request an itemised written quote that sets out the package inclusions, deposit amount, balance due date, and the rescheduling or cancellation terms before paying anything.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
I would give a zero star if google review has, but i will just put one star to get my review out there for everyone to read. Apparently there is this small booth/pushcart alike stationed outside Drunken Balloon manned by an uncle. Not sure if they are affiliated but my paynow showed BEAU PTE LTD, and they own this shop as well. Paid for 2 smiski series - Bath and Work. And got fakes because the paint is off, box is crushed, the surface of the item is not even smooth and does not even look close to the originals. I believe they recycled the boxes of authentic ones to resell what they bought/"made" from wax (i think?), and resealed with the original aluminium foil (that explains why aluminium packaging is so crumpled). Let the photos do the talking. $19.90 EACH. What the hell?! Dont transfer your money to BEAU PTE.LTD. THEY SELL FAKES AND THEY ARE SO UGLY!!!!
Unassuming but incredibly unique store with wide collection of fun knick knacks, and a pop art gallery on the second floor! Highly recommend checking out the second floor, the pop art is super fun and interesting..! Don’t miss out on this store when you explore Haji Lane!
Bad experience. I dont know much about sonny angels but i wanted to buy one because i’ve been eyeing on the “gifts of love” series for quite some time. So when i walked past a sonny angel booth that sold those i obviously wanted to buy it. The booth was affiliated to drunken balloon. The uncle was nice at first, hyping me up and all. I paid $25. For one sonny angel blind box. Which is quite expensive because firstly im a student, secondly normal authentic sonny angel blind boxes normally do not go for that price. But since its quite hard to find these series, i obviously bought it. I got the sonny angel — “You” (the name of the sonny angel) i noticed the head of the sonny angel’s paint was defected, the paint was literally like not painted properly there was a whole patch of grey on the forehead of the sonny angel so i went back and told the guy. He offered me a exchange, and obviously since im not a sonny angel enthusiast i wldnt know what is real or fake. So i opened another blind box. This time i got the sonny angel “Rose”. I didnt think much of it. I didnt like what i pulled so i listed my sonny on a AUTHENTIC sonny angel channel to trade, and the owner actually texted me telling me my sonny is fake. At first i was confused, cuz it was in a box and all and it looked authentic? Thats when she told me the “Rose” sonny angel i pulled, she sent me a real authentic picture of the actual sonny compared to mine. The real one had a darker shade of red, glossier, the cheeks on the sonny angel has a softer blush compared to mine, the rose was straight and not crooked like mine, and the wings were aligned, but mine was not. And the thing is sonny angel figurines cant be bent, its solid. But the one i got the rose could bend and the ears too, as well as how the rose is like made out of some plastic type of thing. Which literally shows how fake it is? So i confronted the guy, he was die die claiming it was authentic even though we showed him proof it was a FAKE. He said theres different version of the gifts of love series?? 😭😭 theres only one series brother. He was also selling the marine series sonny angel in hipper version. Real ones know theres no marine series in hipper form. I may not know much about sonny angels but after seeing the real pic, its so easy to tell the real vs fake. He said to me “idk what u see on tiktok ah blablabla” bro its not i see from tiktok one, my friend got a authentic one so i got a real picture, and even if u search on google also can tell la bro. Then he told us i cant get a refund since i open 2 blind boxes alr, i can js can anyt from the store thats equivalent to the sonny angel price. We were still trying to argue with him its fake, and he got audacity to say that him letting us exchange anything in the store equivalent to the sonny angel price is alr out of his own good will and heart and by right not supposed to let us exchange one? Bro how is that fair to ME. How would i know u selling fake sonny angels? And pricing it higher than normal ones too 😂 not to mention i researched more and realized the sonny angel blindbox i bought the packaging inside the box was full on silver, but real ones is in a white packaging with sonny logos on the packaging plastic. All in all, im just mad at the fact that i paid $25 for this shit just for it to be fake and not getting a refund. I get that i opened 2 boxes alrdy, but in my opinion the first one i pulled looked real first glance for a non sonny angel enthusiast, i js saw a defect in the painting which was really obvious so obviously i just told them about it and they offered a exchange, then i got this. Bruh just cuz we students doesnt mean its easy to scam us u know
We were excited & keen to get some Naruto poster frames displayed outside your shop. My kids went in at 8.40pm, shop was still open and wanted to ask for assistance. To my surprise, they came out with a disappointed face. I asked what happened, they told me that they were brushed away by your staff who told them to just see the ones at the stairs. I went in and ask why was my kids not attended. She went to asked which one was my kids? (Not sure why is that matter as we WERE the only customer coming in at that point), and her answer after that was “I’m counting some money”, while rolling her eyes rudely with a smirk and still don’t bother to ask if we need assistance or what item that we want. I guess that’s the same behaviour she gave to my kids earlier. I’m appalled by her behaviour. Marissa, please learn a basic customer service or atleast find other job if you’re unhappy with this. The CCTV in the shop will say it all.
Funny stuff. Bad welcome. No discount for damaged goods. No smile. My advice : work behind a computer doing absurd things and seeing no one. A good freak job.

Balloon Dreams SG prices its work in packages, with the mid-range pricing indicator suggesting balloon decor installations in the typical Singapore market band of roughly S$300–1,500 for standard setups such as organic garlands, balloon backdrops, and column pairs. More elaborate custom installations — large organic arches, full room transforms, or multi-location setups — can run higher. Confirm the exact quote in writing before paying. Itemise the following before signing off: what is included in the package (number of balloons, arrangement type, colour palette, delivery, installation, and teardown), whether a travel charge applies for venues outside the central region, the deposit amount (typically 30–50% on signing) and when the balance is due, and whether GST is included in the quoted price. For weekend events — birthday parties, baby full-month celebrations, and corporate functions — two to four weeks' lead time is typically sufficient for standard balloon packages. Custom organic garlands or themed balloon backdrops requiring special colours or imported balloon varieties may need four to six weeks. Popular Saturdays during school holiday periods and December fill quickly, so earlier is safer. Wedding decor and large-scale balloon installations are sometimes booked three to six months ahead when they form part of a wider event design concept. Confirm whether Balloon Dreams SG holds the date on enquiry or only on deposit, and ask about their wet-weather or last-minute venue-change policy if any portion of the installation is outdoors.
Singapore decor vendors typically require a 30–50% deposit on signing to secure the date, with the balance due one to two weeks before the event. The deposit generally covers the date hold and any custom materials ordered specifically for your event — these are non-refundable once sourced. Confirm in writing what is refundable if you cancel and whether the deposit can be transferred to a new date if you need to reschedule. Also ask about public liability insurance, particularly if the installation is at an HDB void deck, condo function room, or hotel ballroom — some venues require a copy of the vendor's insurance certificate before permitting setup. Put the setup and teardown windows, the full list of deliverables, and the rescheduling terms in writing before paying any deposit.
