About Balloon Flowers SG
Balloon Flowers SG is a decor and balloons provider operating islandwide across Singapore. The listing is KakiList verified, meaning operating details and contact channels have been confirmed by a real person. With a 4.4/5 rating across 319 Google reviews, the provider carries a robust public feedback sample. Pricing sits in the mid-range band and is structured around packages rather than à la carte.
Enquiries are best made by WhatsApp, phone, or through the online contact form — include your event date, venue type, estimated guest count, and any theme or colour palette you have in mind. From there, Balloon Flowers SG can advise on package scope covering balloon installations, floral arrangements, and decorative setups suited to the occasion. Confirm the deposit required to secure your date (typically 30–50% on signing), the balance payment schedule, setup and teardown access windows at your venue, and whether a travel charge applies for locations outside the central region. If your event is at an HDB void deck or condo function room, ask whether the provider carries public liability insurance, as many venues require a copy of the certificate before permitting setup.
To move forward, reach out via WhatsApp or the online form with your event date and venue details to request a package quote and check availability.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
Thank you Asen and team for the spectacular backdrop and bouncy castle! Asen is approachable, helpful and responsive. He offered me with great advice and was patient while I worked out my birthday venue details. The shimmering wall was perfect and it looked great in photos! I highly recommend Bearloon :)
The balloons themselves were lovely, but the delivery and customer service were terrible. Although I chose the 2-6 PM delivery slot, the balloons didn't arrive until after 6 PM. When I contacted them via WhatsApp, their response was very slow, and they gave no updates. After they ask for the delivery address, they ghosted me. I'm just glad the balloons arrived eventually, otherwise, it would have ruined the event. Be aware that if you order from them, there is a high risk of late delivery, coupled with their lack of intention to proactively update you on delays.
I needed balloons for a last-minute surprise and found out they offer same-day delivery, but they were closed that Sunday.. When i reached out via whatsapp, their team went the extra mile to help! They were very responsive and accommodating, arranged the delivery quickly, and the balloons arrived fast. It made the birthday boy's day!
Highly recommended! I got a flower stand with balloons for a new office opening. The beautiful flowers with the customized balloon got a lot of attention amidst the many flower stands that were sent. The service was impressive as well. The artwork was sent to me before ordering and I got prompt updates on the delivery as well. It was very easy communicating with them through whatsap. Thank you Bearloon!
One of the only places I could find that is able to deliver on CNY eve, so that's a plus! Items were delivered in good condition although delivery was around an hour after my indicated time slot. Some minor delays are expected and understable during this festive period, however I do wish the WhatsApp communication could be more responsive, to inform customers about any delays!

Balloon Flowers SG prices its services as packages rather than per item. For decor and balloon providers in Singapore, typical package ranges are S$300–800 for standard balloon installations (column sets, arches, or table centrepieces), S$500–1,500 for more elaborate setups combining balloons and floral elements, and S$1,500–3,000+ for full-venue styling at weddings or corporate events. The exact quote will depend on the installation size, balloon type (latex, foil, air-fill versus helium), and the number of setups required. Confirm in writing: the deposit amount to hold your date, when the balance is due, whether setup and teardown are included within the package, and whether a travel surcharge applies to your venue. GST should also be clarified upfront. See the full Decor & Balloons cost guide for Singapore →
For balloon and decor vendors, lead time varies by event type. Weddings and corporate events with bespoke installations typically require 6–12 weeks' notice, and popular Saturdays in March, April, October, and November book out earliest given wedding season demand. Baby full-month celebrations and birthday parties are usually bookable with 4–8 weeks' lead time, though in-demand dates can go faster. For urgent or last-minute enquiries, availability depends on current bookings and whether the required materials are in stock — it is always worth a WhatsApp enquiry. When you confirm a date, get the booking in writing with the deposit paid, as verbal holds are not standard practice in this industry. Also ask about wet-weather or indoor backup contingency if any portion of your event setup is outdoors.
The Singapore industry standard for event decor and balloon providers is a deposit of 30–50% on signing to secure the event date, with the balance typically due one to two weeks before the event. Confirm in writing what the deposit covers — usually the date hold and any custom materials ordered specifically for your brief — and whether it is refundable or transferable to a new date if plans change. Deposits are typically non-refundable on cancellation but may be transferable to a rescheduled date, subject to availability. Ask about the rescheduling policy explicitly, including what happens if the venue cancels or a force-majeure situation arises. If your event is at an HDB void deck, condo function room, or hotel, check whether Balloon Flowers SG holds public liability insurance and can provide a certificate — some venues require this before permitting any external vendor to set up.
