I requested for a silver confetti balloon, with words “New Year’s Eve Party”. I was given a gold confetti, with words “Happy New Year’s Eve Party”. On my way to the event venue, the balloon flew off because the string was loosely tied to the balloon. Service was also very bad when I feedbacked to the owner of the shop. She said I did not state any of those requests... She also scolded me for not being able to read English properly when I went down to collect the balloon. The owner even said, “What detrimental effect will the word ‘Happy’ do to your event?” In the end, I went down to Misty Day Dream, more than their service being amazing, they also charged at a much cheaper price. At least I thank God that meeting Balloon Maniac forced me to find other balloon vendors.
