Enquire by sharing your event date, venue, and rough headcount via WhatsApp, phone, or the online form. For balloon installations and event decor, the key details to confirm upfront are the theme or colour palette, ceiling height and venue restrictions (HDB void decks, condo function rooms, and hotel ballrooms each have different anchor-point and helium rules), setup and teardown windows relative to your event start time, and whether a site recce is needed for larger or bespoke installations. Lead time matters: in-demand Saturday dates in wedding season (March–April, October–November) and peak party months book out weeks to months ahead, so confirm availability before finalising your venue booking. Ask about a wet-weather or indoor contingency plan for any outdoor element, and whether public liability insurance is held — some condo and hotel venues require a copy before permitting third-party setup.
To get started, reach out via WhatsApp with your event date, venue type, and a rough brief on theme and scale. Balloon Monkey Singapore will advise on package options and confirm slot availability from there.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
Always visit this coffee place whenever I’m nearby it never fails. Sometimes we even plan our lunch around the area just so we can grab coffee afterwards, even though we work at one-north. We’ve been supporting them since their Bugis days, and now they’ve moved to Boon Tat still just as good. The coffee is always solid, but recently I’ve fallen in love with their hojicha. It’s probably the best hojicha I’ve had very strong and full-bodied in flavour. Definitely a place we’ll keep coming back to.
I wanted to like this place but the value proposition just didn't cut it. No sit down area except small bench for waiting customers, Chai latte cost sgd6.7 but it was such a small cup, not even full, and not well mixed, lots of Chai at bottom of cup. In comparison, my fav Chai latte at cafe Kitsuné Capitol piazza is sgd7.7 after tax, super huge cup, and there's a spacious sit down area where I can lounge for hours with complimentary water served. Also I had to wait close to 10mins here as there were a few orders before me. Server was friendly but I won't be back.
Please stop by if you get a chance. Even if you don’t, you should still come and try their coffee. Their coffee is soooo good. It’s one of the best I’ve had in Singapore.
The owner Has brings an amazing passion & knowledge of coffee to this fun little shop. I had an exceptional pour over with balanced fruit and wine flavors. We also enjoyed a espresso that brought nice complexity. Would highly recommend trying them out!
It was great for the long black. Not too heavy nor intense, but with lots of fragrance that’s fresh from the beans. Light acidic but not too much. The whole decoration are quite creative and making it very unique. Can feel the warmth and the passion that the shop owner is having, as well as carrying the brand name.

Balloon Monkey Singapore prices its work as packages rather than hourly, which is standard for balloon and decor specialists. Singapore market norms for this subcategory: balloon garland or arch installations typically run S$300–800, full room decor packages S$600–1,500, and bespoke large-scale or multi-zone setups S$1,500–3,000+. Baby full-month and 100-day bundles and kids' birthday party decor packages generally sit at S$300–1,200 depending on scope. Confirm in writing: what's included in the package (number of balloons, frame or frame-free, foil vs latex mix, props, personalised elements), delivery and setup fee for non-central or landed addresses, teardown service if required, and GST. A travel surcharge may apply for venues outside the central region. See the full Decor & Balloons cost guide for Singapore →
For balloon and decor work, lead time depends heavily on event type and date. Weekend bookings in wedding season (March–April, October–November) and the school holiday party peak (June, December) fill fastest — 6–12 weeks ahead is a safe buffer for standard packages, while bespoke or large installations warrant 8–16 weeks to allow for design consultation and material sourcing. Baby full-month, 100-day, and kids' birthday party bookings are typically confirmed 4–8 weeks out, though popular themes and peak weekend slots can go sooner. Same-day or next-day bookings may be possible for simpler setups subject to availability, usually at a surcharge. Confirm that your date is firm by paying the deposit — a verbal hold is rarely honoured once another enquiry comes in for the same slot.
Singapore industry standard for event decor is a 30–50% deposit on signing to secure the date and begin sourcing materials, with the balance due 1–2 weeks before the event. Confirm in writing what the deposit covers — typically the date hold and any design or consultation hours — and whether it is refundable or transferable to a future date if you need to postpone. Rescheduling policy matters: most reputable decor vendors allow one date change within a reasonable window without forfeiting the deposit, provided sufficient notice is given (typically 2–4 weeks). Last-minute cancellations are usually non-refundable because materials will already have been ordered. Also ask about public liability insurance, particularly if the setup is at an HDB void deck, condo function room, or hotel venue — some venues require a copy of the certificate before permitting third-party installation. Confirm this requirement with your venue early so it does not delay setup on the day.
