About Balloonology Singapore
Balloonology Singapore is a decor and balloon specialist operating islandwide from its studio at 42 MacTaggart Road. The listing is KakiList-verified, confirming active contact channels via WhatsApp, phone, and enquiry form. Pricing sits in the mid-range tier ($$), and packages are the standard engagement model. With 4.9 out of 5 from 10 Google reviews, early sentiment is positive, though the sample is small and should be treated as directional.
Most enquiries begin with the event date, venue, and rough headcount, followed by a theme or style brief — whether that is an organic balloon arch for a wedding solemnisation, a pastel cloud installation for a baby full-month, or a bold column-and-cluster setup for a children's birthday party. Balloon decor lead times vary: bespoke arches and large installations typically need 2–4 weeks of planning, while simpler setups may accommodate shorter notice subject to availability. Confirm the setup and teardown windows with your venue coordinator in advance, as access hours for HDB void decks, condo function rooms, and hotel ballrooms differ. Ask about wet-weather contingency if any element is outdoors, and check whether public liability insurance is in place — some venues require a copy of the certificate before permitting setup.
To get started, reach out via WhatsApp or the enquiry form with your event date, venue, expected headcount, and any reference photos or colour preferences. Balloonology Singapore will advise on package options and availability.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
Booked 30 min magic show and 1 hour face painting. Prices are affordable, team arrived on time, and kids are happy with both the face painting and magic show. I thought that engagement with the kids could have been better (not sure if the bg music was too loud hence interaction seemed less ideal in my opinion). Overall a pleasant experience!

Balloonology Singapore prices work on a package basis, which is standard for balloon decor in Singapore. Typical market ranges: balloon arch or garland installations S$300–800, column sets S$150–400 per pair, full venue decor bundles S$800–2,500+ depending on scale and complexity. Baby full-month and 100-day setups often run S$400–1,200, and children's birthday party balloon decor typically falls in the S$300–1,000 range. Confirm in writing what the package covers — number of balloons, colour palette, delivery and setup, teardown, and any travel surcharge for non-central venues. Ask whether a deposit is required on booking (typically 30–50%) and when the balance falls due. GST, if applicable, should be itemised separately. For bespoke balloon installations — arches, organic walls, or multi-element venue setups — 2–4 weeks of lead time is advisable under normal conditions. Peak periods (school holiday parties, the Chinese New Year and Christmas festive season, and popular wedding Saturdays in March–April and October–November) book out faster, so 4–8 weeks ahead is more prudent during those windows. For baby full-month and 100-day celebrations, the date is usually known well in advance, so booking 4–6 weeks out is reasonable. Simpler balloon column or bouquet orders may be achievable with shorter notice subject to availability — check directly via WhatsApp for current slot openings. Confirm whether the quoted date is held on enquiry or only on deposit, and ask about wet-weather contingency if any portion of the setup is outdoors.
Singapore balloon decor vendors typically require a 30–50% deposit on booking to secure the event date and begin sourcing materials for custom colour palettes or themed elements. The balance is usually due 1–2 weeks before the event. Confirm in writing what the deposit covers — date hold, design consultation, material procurement — and whether it is transferable to a rescheduled date if circumstances change. Cancellation policies vary: most operators treat the deposit as non-refundable once materials have been ordered, but allow date transfers within a defined window. Ask explicitly about the rescheduling policy if your venue or event is subject to force-majeure conditions. If your venue (particularly an HDB void deck or condo function room) requires a public liability insurance certificate from vendors, raise this at enquiry stage so it can be confirmed before you commit.
